Ice Breaker is... Simple. A fun family coaster for all ages.
Think of Ice Breaker like Flight of the Hippogriff at Universal Orlando. Simple and not scary at all. It doesn't feature any loops or inversions.
The coaster itself is a very tight fit. You have to squeeze into the seats then put this horrible designed seatbelt around your neck. The seatbelt is very loose to the point where will get in the way when you get airtime. I think they could have designed this way better.
The track layout is very small compared to every other coaster featured at Sea World. I suspect they never got the permit to build over the water so they just stuck with what they could build on. If only it did had a water permit. It's about a minute in length, from start to finish.
The whole ride feels rushed because of COVID, from the coaster being a tight fit, the horrible restraints, and the small track layout. Ice Breaker is a ride you go on once and you probably wouldn't go on it again. Not something you should wait 50+...

Restraints are a little annoying to get in, the theming is lacking and the queue could be cooler with more fans, but the coaster is awesome. Four fun launches with hangtime at the tops of them and airtime over the step up and step down. The layout is awesome with airtime over the top hat, two awesome ejector airtime hills right after, a big swoopy turnaround, a sideways floater hill, nice fun turns on the way back and a couple more airtime hills to finish off. A fun ride, though it breaking down right as we got to the ride stunk, and it having no cubbies in the station was annoying, but understandable considering how annoying it is to get in the trains.
This was my #300 coaster and I...
