Terrible service and poor communication from the employees. Nobody ever answers the phone and they never fulfill their orders on time. They do the least for their clients and will put you through so much stress throughout your experience. My order was two days late and I spent many hours trying to contact someone about the arrangement never arriving but nothing was ever resolved. The employees are rude and will eventually tell you to pick up the arrangement even if it was an order you made for delivery. I placed a order through 1800 Flowers and Eva’s flower shop was the “local florist”. I got a call shortly after placing the order in regards to a concern the florist had with the roses available. The local florist was extremely helpful and understanding with my order. I explained that I lived in Houston and would not be able to travel for a Funeral.
