We purchased a Tempurpedic LuxeBreeze mattress on October 1st. The sales person we worked with was Fiza. Fiza was a very personable and engaging sales person. And, Fiza is a very talented sales person who was able to convince me into buying what is likely the most expensive mattress in the store. We bought the firm LuxeBreeze, even though research done after the fact indicated that side sleepers (which I am) would benefit from a soft LuxeBreeze. Though we shared that I am a side sleeper with Fiza, she had indicated that the firm mattress wasn't really firm but kind of firm. Well, I can tell you that for me, a firm tempurpedic was terrible for my back and neck. Long story short, we went back on Black Friday and requested an exchange for the soft mattress. We were charged a $100 restocking fee and a $100 delivery fee. The mattress exchange went terribly. The delivery team who delivered the soft mattress banged up our house, scratched walls and broke molding. I called to complain and was told that to submit a claim, I needed to get a quote for repair from 3 separate quotes for the repairs. I have been working with Stefany Rodriquez and expressed concern that now the burden is being put on me to not only care for the repairs but to get quotes from 3 separate contractors, which I feel is unreasonable. And, I only have 30 days to provide, otherwise the claim will be closed.
So, takeaways for me.
1, do your own research and do not rely on the supposed expertise of the sales people to determine the best mattress for you. 2, Pay close attention to the delivery team and ensure that they are careful. I have attached pics of the damage they caused.
Edited on December 10th and responding to the owner's suggestion to contact them. I have sent numerous emails and spoke to numerous people about this: Stefany, Fiza, Travis, Julia. I was either ignored or told in varying different ways that the process is what it is and there was nothing else to be done. You all have my contact information and can reach out to me...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I visited this location yesterday to purchase a mattress for our new place. We dealt with Hany, the manager there. We arrived at 8:30 thinking we'd pick between our two choices quickly (had visited another location to view/test some the week prior). Hany instead gave us one of the best experiences I've ever had dealing with a salesman. He was extremely professional, polite and caring. He had us give each mattress a proper try for a few minutes, telling us to note how our main pressure points felt on each. He detailed EVERYTHING, from price points to materials to how each mattress we liked worked. He worked with us on a better price for an adjustable base, which we decided to get once he put the base into the "zero gravity" position (ask him to do this, it feels incredible, no pressure on your back!). He also didn't make note of time or anything of the like, being extremely patient despite the fact that we wound up finishing our purchase and leaving nearly an hour and a half after the store closed! He is very open to all questions, which you may not even be able to ask as he is very meticulous with all details (yes, 120 night sleep trial, but you can't return before 30 days as the company wants the mattress to break in a bit before you claim it's uncomfortable, they do come stiffer initially as they are NEW)! Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend the...
Read moreWill NEVER buy another mattress from this company!! They offer mattresses with zero customer service. We needed it delivered by the 9th which they were able to do. However they wanted to deliver it between 9:15AM-11:15AM which didn’t work for us, the earliest we could do was 10am. Didn’t think that would be such a problem. I said any time after 10 would work and we need it by the end of the day. Only solution they offered was to cancel the order and they couldn’t change the address for us either. And they even said, lol, get this, “now I know you need it by the end of the day, but here’s what we can do, we can cancel it and hopefully you get it by the end of the week.” Blatant disregard for customer needs. Not like they care, they know people aren’t going to return with their return policy that involves a 10-20% restocking fee and a $100 pick up charge but they insisted “we don’t want you to keep anything you don’t want” .....lol right. So at 9:15 our mattress was delivered to my 8 month pregnant self and we were stuck waiting with it outside by our cars in 30 degree weather until I was able to get inside at 10. Never....
