Staples — Local services in East Norriton Township

I submitted my son's first birthday month pictures to be printed. I just want the month photos to be printed on cardstock at 8x11 (Normal paper size). In the special instructions section, I asked if it would be possible to have the pictures cut to 5x7. The images I submitted were 5x7 but could be printed on 8x11. I tired printing them on my home computer so I know it can be printed on 8x11 paper. Thinking this was a printing and copying business having something cut to 5x7 (If possible) wouldn't be a huge issue. Well I got the rudest phone call from Jason in printing. He started off with stating that my request could not be completed. I asked why not? He said, "First of all, this would need to be a custom job, second the pricing is all wrong (I had not paid at this point), third, I am not going to sit here an cut all of this up." There was more involved in the rant he seemed to be having regarding my printing request. I was so disgusted by his tone and disrespect I could do nothing more than state how rude he was being and hang up. I cant believe that they allow their employees to speak to customers in that manner. A simple we can not complete your request as uploaded and explanation why would have been much nicer. We could have possibly came up with a solution. I just wanted the pictures printed on cardstock, I would have cut them myself. I have never had issues in the past when using staples for any of my printing needs. I have used them for my wedding, my bridal and baby showers and my dads funeral pictures. I will NEVER EVER use Staples for any of my printing or office...

Short version: I had some things printed for my father, and when he picked them up, he also did some browsing and got a few things there. He misplaced the printing and could not for the life of him remember where it might have gone. So a few days after the original order, I ordered the same items printed there.

The next morning, I got a call from an associate at the Staples print center (I did not get her name, sadly) who said that the original printouts had been found in the store and turned in (my dad must have set them down while browsing and forgotten them). She told me we could pick up the original printouts anytime and that she would be glad to cancel the duplicate order.

Amazing! There were several opportunities throughout this situation for an employee to say "not my job" or "why should I go out of my way for a stranger?" but instead, this employee seize an opportunity to be helpful.

My dad was so relieved that he hadn't lost the printouts completely (he was really wracking his brain to retrace his steps). Both he and I will be loyal Staples print...

I am a regular at this location (actually they just moved around the corner a few days ago, into another shopping center, next to Sears Outlet). This is a great Staples location. They have an excellent display of computer laptop, and tablet systems, and a very competent staff of sales support. I have also used this location for computer repair services, and they have been excellent. They also have an excellent selection of printers, monitors, and other peripherals. Software selection in the store is limited, but they have the basics. So I really like the electronics. They have a reasonable array of office furniture, and office chairs in particular. The have the usual office supplies. The other wonderful part of this location is the copy and shipping department. I have had many, many wonderful experiences with this location, and use them often. Shipping is very convenient, and they have all the packaging stuff there to get items shipped effectively. Overall customer service is excellent and store management is very good. I highly recommend this particular location, and there are several nearby ones to choose from, but this is the best...
