We have bringing our Pomeranian Mix, Bruno, to Paradise Paws since 2019 for both daycare and boarding, and would recommend them to any dog owner. This is a true Mom & Pop shop where the whole staff is personable and knows & cares about each dog. Their 7-days-a-week 7am-to-7pm hours for dropoff/pickup are much appreciated. Bruno appreciates their mix of indoor and outdoor space, and is always excited to race to the door to go in and play. We also really appreciate their organization and diligence with making sure Bruno takes all his prescribed meds. I can go on and on about how great Paradise Paws is, but you'll just have to find out for yourself!

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I want to express my deepest gratitude for the way you cared for my dog, Pookie. Thank you not only for being there when he got sick while my family and I were on vacation, but also for going above and beyond—taking the time to bring him to the vet and ensuring he was treated with love and compassion every step of the way. Knowing he was in such caring hands brought me immense comfort during a very difficult time. Your support made all the difference, and I’m truly grateful that you treated him as if he were your own. With heartfelt appreciation, Alexandra/ Rafael

Our dogs have been going to Paradise Paws in East Providence, RI for the past few months and our experience with them has been above and beyond! The staff is super friendly and work so well with all the dogs they care for on a daily basis. Our dogs have also used their overnight boarding services as well as grooming services on days they have attended daycare. Having a one stop shop for daycare, boarding, and grooming is truly a game changer as well as a time saver. Cannot say enough how great Paradise Paws is. We consider our dogs family and we thank you for all the services you provide us!

Not happy, I've been bringing my husky and pomski to paradise paws for about two weeks for day care which has been wonderful .. this past Friday we brought them to boarding, because we were going away and I was told that she was going to change their feeding schedule.. because I only feed them their FULL serving in the morning... mind you the VET says they are a perfect weight. I did plan on giving them an awesome review, because I was always treated with respect by Alexis and Alex, when I brought my dogs for daycare. However, I came to pick up my dogs, after boarding for the first time, and was rudely greeted--by whom I believe to be the owner of paradise paws--at the door because they close at 7 on Sundays and I arrived at 7:05.. I get it! I was late, things happen, I wasn't planning on being late, but there was traffic. The policies say by 7, so I miss took it as pick up at 7. Pick up time should be at 6:30pm, and maybe that was because it was my first time bringing my dogs to any daycare/boarding, so I didn't understand. Then the owner, had the nerve to tell me I am not feeding my dogs enough, even though I follow what the dog food bag says. I understand the late fee charge, cool, however don't be rude by first hanging up in the ear of the person who answered my phone and hit me with the "you know we close at 7", "your not feeding your dogs enough" and also the rude "and I'm charging you a late fee" when I get there. You (the owner) lives there, so if it's that much of an inconvenience being 5 minutes late, you shouldn't offer boarding. My dogs had terrible diarrhea, because you (the owner) felt the need to give the dogs food they are not use to, because we weren't feeding them enough, according to YOU..... NOT THE VET, WITH EDUCATION! I didnt have to give paradise paws a chance, but I did and I will be bring my dogs elsewhere after this horrible experience. Kindness can go a long way, being rude to your customers isn't a good look!

Update: Thank you for your unprofessional response to my initial review it only highlights you inability to take accountability for your actions, it is to lie when it is verbal and nothing is recorded or written down. Your pure arrogance will surely put you out of business. Hats off to your staff, as they DO work in a a very accountable and professional manner. As for the drop off person coming 10 minutes early and realizing it was too early and then going back into the car to waiting patiently until you are open isn't disrespectful.. sorry you took it that way but again first time doing boarding and arriving that early because as we witness today we...

MUST READ!!!! The worst dog hotel in RI. This is NOT the place where you should put your dog or puppy if you’re going on vacation.

My husky never had any problems with grooming from anybody. He is not the type to bite at all. Although, he is pretty anxious but he is not aggressive. I was told that they were not able to groom him because they said he was too difficult. However, when I came back from my trip, we were told that they did. He did not smell or look like he was groomed at all. His face was pretty dirty. And he had dirt patches on him. Like oh? I thought he got groomed??

In addition, my babyboy came home constipated. We pre-made meals that he always eats and he would never EVER got constipated at all. I’m not sure if he was fed something else, but he can’t even sit or have any bowel movements without being in pain or crying/whining. Im not accusing them of feeding him something else but if they did, there was no reason because we premade him food so there should not be any problems with digestion! This has NEVER happened to him before and it decided to happen on they day we got him back?? Something seems so off.

Also, when we came to pick him up, the lady in the front went to the back and he immediately started screaming and crying. I never heard him scream like that. I have a video of half of it, but when he saw his family, he started to get excited and stopped crying.

In conclusion, DO NOT EVER put your dog here. Something seems off and they clearly don’t know what they are doing. I wish I could put a...

If Karen's are your thing, this is the place for you. I was just sitting in my car on valley st taking a smoke break at work when I witnessed a delivery driver pull into this empty parking lot nearby with only ONE car. See the car there alot and she told the guy she was the owner and seemed real upset because he didnt do what she wanted when she demanded it. The man literally pulled up to the door and without even shutting off his vehicle, attempted to walk five feet to place the delivery at the door. Apparently there were a bunch of imaginary vehicles no one else but her could see because i witnessed this women start berating the poor man. He was already out of his vehicle and placing the order down five feet away when she told him he wasnt allowed to park there and demanded he park in a spot. Seemed very strange she would even have an issue with literally NO customers whatsoever. The man was polite responding he wasnt parking and just making a quick delivery. That wasnt good enough for her. She had to make threats towards the poor guy with his job. To top it off, I watched her retrieve the delivery herself 🤦‍♂️ Not the kind of person I would ever trust with man's best friend 👎

If the delivery driver happens to see this and she actually called your boss, hmu. I got you homie. Been there and no man just trying to provide for his family should ever have a black mark on his job for literally harming nothing but this Karen's precious feelings for...
