Hello Adorn — Attraction in Eau Claire

*Updating my review to 5 stars due to the outstanding follow up I received to correct my issue and address my concerns!!

I have purchased close to $300 dollars and over 8 different pieces of jewelry from Hello Adorn over the course of the last 3 months. I have loved the style and quality of all BUT one of the sets of earrings I purchased.

With one of my last orders, I paid for 3 pairs of earrings, one of the sets arrived tarnished or dirty—ultimately defective. I promptly emailed the company explaining my concern as well as provided pictures showing the defects. I received a fairly quick reply saying I must not be storing the earrings properly or that I had let them get dirty and I needed to clean them because their Sterling Silver earrings do not tarnish—the essence of the response to my email was that I had misused or neglected to properly care for the set of earrings.

I cleaned the earrings in an attempt to remedy the defects but to no avail because the earrings seem tarnished, IMHO. I should not have had to clean a brand new set of earrings that the company sent me to begin with but I at least wanted to try to remedy the issue on my end. I then replied back advising the company that they must have MISREAD my email because it clearly stated I received the earrings in a defective condition and had only been in possession of them for 3 days and had not yet worn them due to the defects. I received a final reply back from the company saying that I could send the earrings back for an exchange or refund.

I opted to send the earrings back for a refund because there was no guarantee that I would not receive another defective set of earrings. I had to PAY to ship the earrings back and was refunded for the earrings BUT not the cost of shipping to send the defective earrings back.

I’m leaving this 2 star review for two reasons:

The company should consider implementing a policy to handle defective merchandise that doesn’t ultimately cost repeat customers, like myself, more money.

The initial email sent to me addressing my issue was accusatory and showed a lack of concern for good customer service and maintaining loyalty with repeat customers, like myself.

I cannot stop sharing this brand with EVERYONE and ANYONE that will listen to me rave about their products. I have been looking for affordable 'gold' jewelry everywhere that doesn't tarnish and can endure sweat, soap and water on a daily basis as I hate taking off my jewelry when I shower or wash my hands(who has the time to do that?!). I was gifted their Tiny Dot Initial Necklace late September and haven't taken it off once and there is absolutely no sign of tarnishing or wear. I just received two rings that I exchanged for and I love them. The return/exchange process is a breeze and is the most stress free process I have ever experienced. The customer care specialists are so understanding and kind and you really feel like you are being treated like a close family friend. I have wasted so much money on higher end gold plated jewelry from Kendra Scott to just be disappointed when the gold plating wears off within a couple months. I was super pleased to learn that Hello Adorn's jewelry is gold filled and not gold plated so it is less likely to turn silver after going through day to day tasks with your rings on. I am also appreciative of their prices as I think they are very fair for all the care and craft that goes into each and every one of their pieces. I am already saving up to treat myself to a couple pair of their endless hoops!

After seeing a post on Instagram showcasing Hello Adorn’s Tiny Twist earrings, I fell in love with them! I have always taken my earrings out nightly as I find it uncomfortable to sleep with earrings in due to the posts and backings. When I saw the Tiny Twists I knew that not only did I love how they looked, I LOVED that they looked like earrings I could sleep in finally! I also ended up ordering the Tiny Moon + Star studs for my second piercings in my ears. Let me tell you, I have forever had problems with my second ear piercings - they were always getting infected and sore with any and all earrings I put in them. I decided to give these earrings a go for them to see if maybe I could finally enjoy both sets of piercings. I loved the packaging of the earrings and that they shipped fairly quickly. They are absolutely beautiful! That day that I received them, I put both sets of earrings into my ears and from that day forward, these have been my go-to earrings. The Tiny Twists are very comfortable to sleep in, and I’m so happy to say that I finally am able to wear earrings in my second ear piercings without any reactions thanks to the Tiny Moon + Star studs!
