I had placed several big orders on line to take advantage of the VIB Rouge promotion that Sephora offers every year, Three items didnāt work for me so I decided to return them to my local Jcpenney store, because i had used my Jcpenney card to purchase the items, I got there an someone by the name of Aubrey helped me she was bothered that i had returns and basically interrogated me why i was returning, then someone by the name of Analisa I think that was her name a women with long fake blonde hair, she was worst!!! Basically she said i needed to come back because they couldnāt help me, because they needed to call sephora and that would take at least 30 minutes, then i demanded to speak to a supervisor, then supervisor comes over after i waited about 20 minutes her name was Marisa, wow now I understand why those employees have a crappy attitude, way to go sephora thatās how you treat your VIB Rouge customers. I found a few things and figured I could pay as I picked up my order. I was told that though I stood in line to pick up my order, I would need to go stand in yet another line to pay for the stuff I found while browsing because of "policy." The manager who assisted me named Aurora and the male associate were completely unhelpful and kept stating it was the policy. This policy is nonsense and discourages customers from browsing and spending more money while at the store to pick up an order. I didn't bother waiting in another line to purchase the stuff I found while browsing. I've paid at the pick up counter before with no issue up until now. It's a shame because I liked shopping here but I doubt I'll be coming back...
