Aabhushan Jewelers — Attraction in Edison

I am visiting this store for long time, may be around 10 to 12 years, it never happened to me, but last time when I purchased 3 gold bars and make it so called KADA from this store, it supposed to be 24 K kada, but when I visit Tanishq store in Bangalore, they check the gold purity, this is what I got the result from them, I am herewith posting the photographs, beware of the kada making, you may face the same problem, better to take gold bars directly to India and deal with Customs directly. Today I call the store, I was talking to the Store Manager, she answer by saying it never happened, no one complained so far about this, may be I am the first victim, Tanishq is a Corporate Company, I trust them, I don't think they cheat the customers by providing wrong readings like this. This is for your Info !! I am not criticizing or I am not complaining about this to anyone, however please be aware next time if you are planning to make Kada from any store !! BEWARE !!! PS: They lost one potential customer !!

Date : 01/20/2020 I am very sorry for the above post, because the real fact was, the Tanishiq Store in Bangalore was misleading me by providing the above results, but when my dad take that bangle to another local store, they check and inform that it was pure 24K gold !! I had the most friendly wonderful experience at Abushan Jewellers in Edison, NJ. Rachna, the owner treated me like her blood sister. She provided me with advice that only family would, guided me through the entire process of selecting wedding jewelry and at the same time saved me a ton of money throughout the experience. Rachna, did not treat me like another customer or for that matter another sale. She truly helps and assists the customer, looking out for me/us. I am sincerely fortunate to have walked into the store and throughly and sincerely impressed with the service that was provided. Thank you Rachnaji/Didi !!!

This was our second visit to Abhushan Jewelers in Edison, NJ. I visited the store to get valuations for some pieces of jewelry. As always Rachna ji was gracious, patient, attentive and more importantly very accurate in all her actions. She greeted us as if we were long lost relatives ( we do not know her except for these 2 visits to her store), treated us with respect and love and affection. We felt valued and respected. I highly recommend Abhushan Jewelers in Edison, NJ. This I say very sincerely. Again to clarify we are not related or do we know each other as friends. Edison is the gold capital of New Jersey, and Aabhushan Jewelers is its crown jewel. When I wanted a gold keychain fabricated, I called three different Jewelers in Edison, NJ. This store was the only one which agreed to fabricate it.

Upon arriving, I was greeted by a welcoming staff and an elegant spacious store.

I told the staff member how I wanted my keychain to look like; and in turn, the lady who helped me explained my options and the different possible designs. I decided on a 1oz gold bar which was later placed in a 14 karat gold bezel to which a small ring was welded. Then 3 other rings were added to complete the keychain.

4 days after I placed my order, I went back and picked up my one-of-a-kind gold keychain. Since the keychain is going to be in and out of the pocket repeatedly, and because it's going to come in contact with my keys; it is bound to get scratched and loose its luster. To prevent this from occurring, their technitian placed the gold bar in a clear vinyl sack which fit the bar like a glove.
