I went here and asked for a one hour full body massage as well as a 30 minute foot massage. My full body massage was not up to any standard of anywhere I have been massaged before. On top of the bad work, the masseuse was continually talking to me despite my lack of response. During this he asked me “you have baby in belly?”. I am in no way pregnant and am not sure why I didn’t leave at that very moment. The 30 minute foot massage was really only 15 minutes worth of work on my feet and then ended with (for lack of the technical terms) tapping and poking around my legs, arms, and head until time ran out. After reading other reviews, I’m keeping an eye on my credit card because unfortunately did not have cash, so I paid and tipped on my credit card. Forced to tip. I paid for my table massage with card. On the receipt I put $0.00 in the tip line, as I was going tip in cash. The lady at the front was very rude. She kept saying tip me and asking why I didn’t tip her. I tried to explain to her I was tipping in cash. The lady at the front was NOT the one who did my massage. Therefore I did not want to tip that way. I was going to give cash to the worker who did it. She was very rude and kept demanding I change the $0.00 I put on the tip line. She said she would charge 15%. I understand tips are wanted, however they are not required. No where in the building does it mention tip. It shows the price of the massage plus tax.
