This is the absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. So bad in fact that I am never going to step foot in another one of these establishments ever again. EVERY SINGLE person here is rude and arrogant beyond measure. However there was one person in particular who really got under my skin and ironically enough it was the manager by the name of Mario Isaac. It honestly BLOWS my mind how someone like him is running any sort of restaurant. When my family and I walked into chipotle we were waiting for someone to take the order. It wasn't until we were waiting there for 5 mins when Mario Isaac said all orders are done by the mobile app. Ok fine understandable, so we proceeded to try and order on the phone. We sat there for trying to order for 15 mins but every single time we tried to add the last order to the item it kept saying something was wrong. We asked them to please just take the order in person when Mario told is online only. LITERALLY 2 minutes later we placed the order and Mario started taking live orders for everyone in the store and didn't even look our way. We got the notification that said our food was going to be ready in 10 minutes. I counted 17 people walking in and walking out with orders they had just placed in front of me. My little guy is sitting there hungry asking why everyone is walking up and getting food and he has to continue to wait. Even him at the age of 7 knew this is not how a place should operate. After seeing more people get the orders before me I walked up and asked them what the hell was going on. Only after that did they make the two bowls we ordered to eat. After speaking to him directly he didn't even apologize. He tried to convince me that he did nothing wrong. I wasted a total of 30 mins of my day waiting for our food and I can not express how frustrated I truly am. I do not need to to walk into a place to buy food and be treated like garbage. I don't know who Mario thinks he is but he is not fit for being a manager. Who ever gave him a promotion needs to also be reevaluated for their position. The lack of customer service and disrespect from the manager is unacceptable. All I needed was a damn sorry. It was wrong for them to continue to serve people while we were told we had to order online. It was wrong for us to sit there while 17 people walked in and out with brand new orders. If you want to eat in a place where you are treated like an animal and have people give you an attitude this is the perfect place for you. I on the other hand when I spend money and take my family out would like to be surrounded by friendly people who clearly care about the customers. However if being treated like an animal truly is your thing I recommend Woodbridge Veterinary Group. Very friendly service and you get a treat at the end...
Read morePoor customer service. I will never, ever go back to this location. I has giving the task to order for about 15 people. Doing so online was great. Since, it was a long order I made a special request on all tacos that TOPPINGS be placed on the side. Once, I was done placing my order, online. I called Menlo Chipotle to advise if this could be done and if I was doing to be able to pick up with in an hour. I was very surprised that my order had been submitted and attendant advised that 1 hour pick up was fine. Also,wanted to ensure that the request of the toppings be placed on the side, would be ok? She mentioned that they where not too busy and that request would be just fine. I arrived to pick up my order and wow, it was ready to go. I was provided with big bags to carry all my items. When I get back to the office..I am missing all of the meats that go inside of each taco..a pair of three. I received three small size containers of 1 steak and 2 chicken. Each small container was to fill all three tortillas. I was missing 9 sides of meat....I called Chipotle and I was given to the manager. I mentioned what had occurred and i got nothing, no apology. He provided me w only two options, 1. i was to go back and pick up what was obviously not forgotten to give me...or get credit. I said I have some very hungry people here....I drove back to pick up the balance and again no apology or yeah let me make this better...I got nothing.....POOOOOOOOOR customer service. Read moreUPDATE it’s 12/30/2024 I was waiting on a long line and finally they moving the line along like they should so I’m felling pretty good. just for me to get to the front of the line and there isn’t any brisket and it’s a 15 minute wait. I waited in this long ass line just to leave. Of course they were doing good but as per usual they do something wrong. Wasted 15 min out pretty lunch break waiting in line. But then again I should know better this store never fails to disappoint. This may be the woest Chipotle in all of America 😂 wait maybe not America but definitely New Jersey UPDATE ON 12/16/2024 I came here at 8:05pm to get food but workers advised what we see is all they have, the only protein they have is a few scoops of chicken left. Keep in mind the store closes at 10 so 2 hours before closing you only have chicken and a few topping. Poor planning if you ask me. It’s the holiday people are going to be at the mall again this location continues to disappoint* Food is good but bad management they are ALWAYS out of something and this is consistently the slowest moving chipotle line. Right now as I’m writing this review they are out of chicken for the online orders and in store. It’s not even busy right now. So I’ve been I’ve been in here for 10 minutes with other just waiting around.
