Saladworks — Attraction in Edison

Really like the food but service is too slow. As a returning customer who always eats there, the service is not the same as it used to be. The manager is the only person who knows want the customer wants and works quickly and efficiently. I wish all the other employees were like him! unfortunately all the girls there are so unfriendly, never smiles to customers, turn around the back and ignore customers and work very slow. I have not enjoyed my last experience there, the girl with the red curly hair was very rude and disrespectful. I really like the food but I'll have to reconsider getting it from Bridgewater location before coming...

First time I ordered - the taste of the panini was good the salad was created well too. The second time the panini was made differently. I gave another try and the third time the 3 staff were not trained and did not know the menu I kept saying warm grains blend bowl - and they kept putting lettuce I kept telling them , pointing to the picture , and one staff just walked away . The other staff asked the other staff what that is by that time it was not even worth the wait . I understand it is a new but train staff to know the menu and not to walk away...

Oh wow. Let me just say that I’m not TYPICALLY one to partake in the consumption of dishes of the salad variety, but that all changed after I nibbled a leaf from the SaladWorks in Edison, NJ. NEVER in my life have I experienced such an explosion of flavor upon my palette. Not just one, two, or three, but FIVE toppings graced my bowl, created a delicate symphony for my tongue.
