Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Edison

It was terrible. Not the food. The service and experience. I went to order chicken nuggets with fries. The girl asks me if I want the meal. I said no because I don't want a drink, I just want the nuggets and fries and I want polynesian sauce. She only charged me for the nuggets but I didn't realize till after I got the food and already sitting down. Upset I walked back over and told them that I had asked for fries but I never got any and I was never charged for any. Even though I was honest with the mm about not being charged for the fries they asked to see my receipt. I showed them. Anyway I finally got and paid for my fries and sat back down again. Just to have to get up because as I started to take the nuggets out of the bag there was also no sauce. Aggravated, I got up AGAIN just to walk back over to get sauce. It wasn't even busy. I was the second person in line and a few employees were just standing around given it's a week day. Yet the cashier couldn't pay attention to me enough to get any of my order right and I couldn't even enjoy my food because the experience with the employees was so terrible. No one apologized to me for the mess up. It was as if I was in the wrong because they screwed up my order. This is the second time I've had an issue with a screw up on my order. Last time I stopped going there for food when I visited the mall. I decided to give it another try today and now I remember why I decided not to go back. They need to hire employees that actually consider their customers rather than give their customers an attitude because they screw up the order...

Just looked down at my food. They gave me an 8 piece nugget even though they charged me and I asked for a 12 piece. Never again will I be coming back here.

Chick-fil-A is by far the best fast food chain out there. Simple items, friendly employees, quality over quantity. I don't know what it is but everything seems so straightforward but the taste is a whole nother level.

My favorite thing to get is spicy chicken sandwich with no lettuce or tomatoes, just a simple piece of crispy fried spicy chicken with a bun, chick-fil-A sauce/Polynesian sauce and pickles. Oh, and their great waffle fries.

You can add another "fillet" to your chicken sandwich like if you were to add a patty to your burger, but it costs nearly the same as another chicken sandwich. The reason for this I suppose is because the fillet is slightly larger than the piece of chicken that comes with the sandwich, and the fillet also comes in a pouch of its own. So, if you want to have a double chicken patty in your sandwich, I'd just recommend getting another entire chicken sandwich because the chicken-to-bread ratio is off when you put a fillet inside the chicken...

I love Chick-Fil-A. The food is great and the service is of high quality. However, this past visit (5/16/19) was like no other visit I have ever experienced. I was there with my two friends and I ordered fries, she had ordered nuggets and fries, and the other had nothing. A few minutes after consuming the food, we began to feel weird while walking in the mall. Our legs began to feel tingly and soon became weak. Our arms felt heavy, we were nauseous and we started to wobble. People were staring at us in the mall as we stumbled, grasping the walls to keep ourselves upright. We sat down in the massage chairs and after about 15 minutes of massages we began to feel normal again, but we were still kind of nauseous. I think I may have been drugged, but I can't say it was the worst experience at a restaurant that I ever had. The food was great though and I recommend this chain to all....
