Avocados Food — Restaurant in Edison

I was at the Mall yesterday and passed by this place and figured let me try it as it was my lunch time anyway. It was delicious. Prepared beautifully too. I really hope this place stays around as these food booths come and go at the Mall. If the manager is reading this, PLEASE open up an actual location in Woodbridge. We need to spice up Main Street there and need a place with healthy food choices. Well done. The picture says it all. I'll be returning...

It’s actually top tier food, very fresh and prepared nicely. They need to be moved/expanded to the actual food court upstairs. I can’t even argue with the pricing because the ingredients are expensive(avocados, salmon, eggs..). 3 stars for atmosphere only because it’s right in a sometimes busy intersection of the mall.
