Very nice staff. Doctor there especially was nice and professional. With that said I just wish they were better at finding insurance information for billing or at least attempting to bill insurance prior to doing eye examination. We had to pay out of pocket because they were unable to get our insurance that is in-network to show on their system, the eye exam was already done so we had no choice but to pay out of pocket. I even called prior and asked if Davis vision is accepted and I was told it was. Its weird because we went to another opitcal store that same day to get new glasses and they had zero issues finding and billing our insurance so that we make only a co-pay, in addition we had no issues with this in the past at other stores. Now I have to waste my time making a claim for something that could have been avoided if they attempted to bill insurance prior to eye exam or at least check more throughly in regards to finding...

I am a warby Parker customer for many years now having gone through two pairs (still on second). I was curious about being able to get eye exam and glasses both done efficiently in the same visit. I booked appointments for multiple members in my family. After the first eye exam appointment, I ended up canceling the others because it was evident that the optician was more concerned about speed than customer satisfaction. I rued having lost $95 to a very hurried exam. Also, the equipment used for eye exam I felt was less capable than at my opticians with fewer lens adaptability choices. I have booked new eye exam appointments with my regular optician for my entire family. That however does not reflect on the quality of the glasses product. I am satisfied with those. I will not recommend eye exams at Warby...
