There are not enough public parking spots because of guest leaving their cars in the parking lot.
The neighboring doors are facing each other. This makes for awkward in counters with residents that you may not want to have to interact with.
No smoking policy on the premises I personally don’t like being controlled. Especially with any and all of my recreational activity’s. I work to hard to live freely to be giving parental guidance rules. Makes me feel like a teenager. Last time I checked I pay rent to get away from basic house hold rules. The federation does not care.
