Brackett's Landing South — Attraction in Edmonds

The heating units are rated at 3200 watts making hearing your home almost $2 an hour.

The walls aren’t insulated properly and heat escapes somehow.

Only the top floors have a fireplace which has a vent that air can escape from.

The property charges $130 for private parking. That’s almost the price of insurance.

There are not enough public parking spots because of guest leaving their cars in the parking lot.

The neighboring doors are facing each other. This makes for awkward in counters with residents that you may not want to have to interact with.

No smoking policy on the premises I personally don’t like being controlled. Especially with any and all of my recreational activity’s. I work to hard to live freely to be giving parental guidance rules. Makes me feel like a teenager. Last time I checked I pay rent to get away from basic house hold rules. The federation does not care.

Best part of the beach, by far. Bigger than the North end, more tranquil than the furthest south end beach, it's the part i always gravitated to the most whenever i made trips downtown. Love this beach but the ridiculous rule about not taking rocks from the beach (I was approached by a park ranger) is laughable. Divers take bags full of things....kids love to take a few rocks home.
