San Gabriel Valley Badminton Club — Attraction in El Monte

I Went with my dad, he was complaining the shuttlecock was to small ,he checked with a total stranger and say its a correct size. “Yeah its the correct size” i started laughing and everyone was laughing. but this was after. Before when we went inside, We werent able to get any rackets so we asked for one. You can rent or buy rackets. After we rented we ask to get the good shuttlecock. It was just me and my dad and our total 70 dollars. Some of them is all full , But to be honest it was a fun time waiting. There was finally a open court for a minute of waiting. We started playing over 30 minutes. It wasent really busy but we let people shared courts. If your new like me and my father. Dont stress. Find some courts to use. Or ask if they can share with you. Lots of shuttles are stuck in some pipes but thats ok. Me and my father had great time together. DONT GO AT SATURDAY, IT GETS PACKED! Also p.s we went on thursday.

It was really a bad experience. After entering and paying the tickets, the front desk told us to go to court 1-7 and wait. My friend and I went in and waited for the venue for about 10 minutes and found that there were too many people, so we went back to the front desk and asked if we could return it Tickets, he said that everyone takes turns to play every 25 minutes. There are many venues open until 6 pm, so we went back and waited for half an hour, but we still couldn’t get in. We went back to the front desk and asked if there was any way to refund the tickets , He said that you have been in for almost an hour, and you cannot refund the money, unless you find that there is no place to play when you come in, you can refund the money. This club is terrible! my friend and I came here for the second time, the first time was fine but this second time was a very bad experience, my friend and I paid for the tickets and went in and found the course full, my friend and I wandered around the whole course and couldn't find a place to play, so we told the staff about the situation, the staff told us that the only course available at this time was the one from 1-7 and that we needed to share it with other people so my friend and I went to check out the course but there were too many people and it wasn't possible to share it evenly so I asked if we could have a refund but the staff told us that since we paid for it more than 10 minutes ago we couldn't have the refund so my friend and I just can leave.
