Gotcha Teahouse — Restaurant in Rosemead

Worse tea house I've been to. I don't know how Gotcha got 4.8 star on the rating. These reviews must have came from customers who never had good tea before, or it must've came from Gotcha's business team. If you read these reviews carefully, you will see these reviews are more like commercial reviews, not from real customers. I mean, the presentation looks good, beautiful, the picture of drink looks exotic (that made me step inside Gotcha house), but the quality is bad. I feel like wasting my money here, one sip the whole cup dumped on the sink. I've ordered all house's specials, all tasted bad. I've ordered 7 different drinks for my folks, all of them complained. To the business owner at Rosemead location, I would support you but you can't cheat us. Please re train your employees or fix your recepies. I don't want to write negative review, but you can't have a business making bad quality drinks like this. Good luck to you. There were quite a lot of people already seated when I came but luckily there was no line to order. You can choose to use their kiosk or order at the register. The kiosk was easy to use and they accept contactless payments. It took me 5 minutes to order because I couldn't decide on the drinks. They have all the classic drinks at a reasonable price. I ended up getting the Jasmine Green Milk tea (4.75) with large size (+0.75).

Drinks were ready in less than 5 minutes and the cup looked nice. The tea tasted fresh and good quality, a bit different than other jasmine milk teas I had before.

I feel like this area in general has better boba but! Maaaaan oh man this taro boba was something special i never had a taro boba this good it had a little froth at the top “cheese foam” that was new. They also have the 25% 50% 75% sweetness i chose 25%. Ordered through uber eats and they did not bring enough straws which made it a little difficult to drink because the boba would get stuck in the straw make sure to have spare large boba straws you nevuh know i would definitely get taro boba...
