Worst service yet. Couldn't take the order correctly so I pulled up to the window, manager came to help, still couldn't get my order correct. Fries were cold, not lukewarm, I returned them and offered to wait for fresh ones. Manager came out with a annoyed look on her face and unapologetically rough handed the fries to me. Almost forgot, asked mgr. Directions to nearest gas station and she sent me to a dead end intersection. I had my little girls in the car with me. I will be contacting the Del Taco 800 number. If you can, skip this location.
UPDATE!! Del Taco sent me a voucher for $7.50, (random amount) I usually spend at least $15 with my 2 kids and wife, why $7.50? Not sure. Also, This "voucher" was valid only at a random location I never visit AND it also had an expiration date. Thanks, but no thanks! And Finally, How did they get my mailing...
Read moreThis location will randomly tell its customers that they will not accept a debt purchase if the total (before tax) is below $20. Odd. On other visits I have been told that they're not accepting any debt purchases. Cash only. I understand that sometimes the internet goes down or there are issues with the card reader, but it seems to happen a lot at this location.
Unfortunately, because of the "cash only" requirement I have had to leave without making any purchases.
Update: I lowered the rating from a 3 star to 1 start because this location is requesting cash only all the time now. I would stop here after work (2330), so I'm sure this behavior is not impacting many. This location is such a joke now. Read moreTwice, I've ordered on the app, "checked in" on the way and paid, then arrived to a locked door and a handwritten sign that they are closed. Last time was for Father's Day. They need to disable app ordering if they're going to close during their regular business hours. Costs me time and money to drive here for nothing.
I filled out their survey for my order on Monday. No contact as of Wednesday afternoon. Will update if they properly refund my money. [Edit - Money was refunded, but obviously this took more time and effort. Still more likely to order from a more distant location on weekends, due to the repeated incidents of being closed].
