I hate leaving bad reviews specially to a store that shows nothing but good ones. Unfortunately, I haven’t been having a good experience with this store. Last year in February, my husband purchased me 2 plated jewelry to gift me for my birthday. both combined was about around $260-$300 . Not even after a week, I came back to exchange them because I already had similar stuff to what he got me. They promised me that in a week my items would be at the store and they never arrived. I came back 3 times and I usually spoke to an older lady that’s was working there and apparently isn’t anymore. They have new staff. Also called, asked about it, they would ask for my number and not even call back. Last week, almost a month to complete a Year, I walked into the store again , explained the situation, the owner looked into the system and saw that they hadn’t even ordered them “11 months and 2 weeks to complete a year”. So she placed an order for the items that were exchanged, I informed her my ring size and she ordered the ring and earrings. Again, I asked for these items a year ago! The items came in, my husband went there to pick them up. She told him, that I would have to try the rings that she had ordered in two different sizes, which I did, but the earrings since they were clip on earrings, they kept on opening. Ended up exchanging the earrings to 2 pandora charms and still left with a “$1.57 credit store” about 2 hours later that I left the store, I get a call saying that I’m going to be charged for the ring. I had credit for the items I got and they still want to charge me again for something I already paid and only got it after 1 YEAR !!!! So not worth to continue this back and forth. I just want to be able to return all the items and get my money. I understand policies but this is the stores managements error. Usually to buy pandora, I also have some other jewelry such as the tennis racket bracelet. However, today I went in and I was being helped by the girl that usually helps me and is great. She’s great but then some girl whom I’ve never seen there before came up to us and says that I need to be careful with my nails because I can scratch the charms. Yes, because I’m going to put all my force on the charms and scratch them. I was simply turning certain charms carefully to be able to read them or see the full design. I continue to look at the charms and I’m pointing to some with the base on my finger tip not even my “nail” and at some point that other girl says something to the nice girl who’s helping me across the room, so then the nice girl looks at me and you can tell she feels embarrassed. She proceeds to say “ I’m sorry I’m going have to ask you not to touch the charms”. I knew it wasn’t her and she is not new so I don’t know who this other rude girl is but that’s no way to treat a customer.
