So manager of the store insisted on the underwear boxes being open and refused for exchange meanwhile most of the inventory underwear were in same position . I haven’t touched or opened any of the boxes and brought for an exchange in exact same condition and bag with receipt . Waste of hour drive each way and terrible shopping experience . No wonder the store is always empty and most of the stores with such a policies advise you before the purchase which they haven’t done . Now I am under impression that they sold my also returned merchandise and have to take a manner to Amex . I have been looking for a particular red tuxedo from Boss for a while. When I saw the store in Jersey Garden, I took my chance. I couldn’t believe my luck, the jacket was there for my size of 38. To my greater surprise, the store was having additional 20% on all items, including the tuxedo that already had 40% discount on a sale price of the jacket. I got the $650 for $284, an incredible 57% discount.

I found the store very clean and organized. Love how the color co-ordinate the t-shirt section. They also had winter jackets, accessories like inner wear, wallets, belts and watches. Associates were so friendly and helpful. Loved my shopping experience...

HORRIBLE Experience! STAY AWAY!! I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stayed after the first sales rep blew me off like if I had a pocket full of pennies. The second sales rep was good, really good He help me with everything that I was looking for. Then boom the first sales rep was at the register. His horrible demeanor carried on.
