Sometimes I can’t with this place. I have purchased SO much from this store and often times it’s high street or designer. A few weeks ago my mom and I went in and I found a beautiful Alice and Olivia blazer. The owner proceeded to scold my mom and I for touching the rack and cautioning us to stay away from it as they were delicate clothes that were expensive. She treated us like we couldn’t afford it so I bought it (and more) to prove a point. I proceeded to go in the other day to look at new sunglasses for the summer and wanted to try on a pair of Chanel ones. Mind you I was wearing my workout clothes. I just come from the gym so I didn’t look the nicest. She proceeded to give me crap for wanting to try them on but eventually let me. Read moreA couple of weeks ago, I visited the store an I had high hopes for, as I'm passionate about fashion and love unique boutiques. With a formal event that night, I was looking for a pair of black “kitten” heels. When I asked the woman at the front desk for assistance, she responded rudely, saying, “I can't understand what you are saying!” This response made me feel uncomfortable and confused. It seemed unprofessional and unnecessary.
To clarify, I explained that kitten heels are characterized by a low, slender heel no more than 2 inches high and pointed out a pair for her. Her attitude struck me as careless and dismissive, which is disappointing for a store that has potential. While the boutique is interesting and charming, the customer service left much to be desired.
