Natures Kiss Recreational Marijuana Dispensary — Attraction in Englewood

This was the first dispensary that I visited when I got to Englewood. I've been a green lover since I was 18. I'm 29 now. I really appreciated the first time I came in and the woman that helped me and my fiance was really kind and let me ask questions and pointed out information I missed when looking at all the shop had to offer. She was very easy to talk with and helped both me and my fiance find what we needed for the most out of our buck. I would have rated my experience with a full five stars except the next day my visit wasn't so pleasant. The cart I had gotten only worked with a certain battery that I would have had to purchase at the shop, which I did not know at first and the lady that had helped me said if there was anything wrong with the cart I could come back and return it or exchange it. I had two battery pens, and neither worked. So I just assumed it was the cart. When the store associate, a male, rather large and with a loud voice, he started to help me with the issue but soon into the conversation he started saying offering unesscessary information and unehlpful comments were being made that made me feel like he was talking a very condescending manner.i soon got irritated and decided to be straightforward instead of him beating around the bush and just asked to have him help me with the solution not an explanation of how or why me actually replacing the cart was illegal and impossible...I came to fix my problem and he was offering no real solution. I bought the pack but had gotten so annoyed with the way he spoke to me that I just wanted to leave with the battery pen I needed. When I got outside and started to vocalize to my girlfriend and my Uncle how awful that was another customer overheard me and said that she goes there all the time and that this gentleman was also very rude to her and it usually isn't like that. So needless to say if that guy was there and I went again I would just wait for another staff member because of one bad apple I'm not going to let that ruin the great dispensary experience that Natures Kiss offers. But I could have easily if I lived in that city just wrote them off and started...

I am very disappointed experience I received today by the owner. I searched around for good reviews and I thought this was going to be the store for me. expressed to him that the product was not working. kept telling me that there are signs everywhere you know on the receipt it no returns or exchanges. I can read understand the policy. I understand there are no return or exchange on any marijuana products but a torch is a tool. tools can be defective. there’s no compassion no sympathy no understanding and that’s why I am disappointed. thankfully worker there heard me out exchanged it for me but still there are better ways to approach a situation. I have been in customer service for more than 10 years and I manage a store. at first I️ felt SCAMMED. I was sad. if anyone was in my shoes they would understand buying a product intended it to work but FAILS. A worker there made my day after a long day of work. THANK YOU. everyone goes through things I️ understand. policies are black and white that I️ understand but Sometimes you have to take the time to hear someone out when there are issues and show compassion and that’s how you get Customers for Life. That’s how they spread the word about how amazing a store is. I️ recommendation using soft skills when issues arise use terms “This is what we can do for you” All I️ wanted was a working product....

This is what a / is suppose to be.Family owned operation. The flower and concentrate selection is great and prices are reasonable. The in house flower is usually a solid A- in an industry standard that is B- and C+. They carry actual hashish in their concentrates not just the different types of new age hippie crack like rosin, shatter, etc. The selection of edibles is huge! And it runs the gamut from very affordable ($8 for 100 mg) to craft chocolates that have zero ganja after taste. The edible selection also contains a selection of tailored THC : CBD ratio so you can get pain relief without being wasted. The only complaints I have about Natures Kiss are the same complaints I have about every dispensary that is no A+++ flower, and not staffed by budtenders age 40-60 that are former dealers, smugglers, or growers. The type of folks that dedicated their lives and gambled their freedom to bring about A+ cannabis. Instead they are staffed by mostly millennials who haven't had to work hard to find quality ganja, but who also have not sampled extremely high quality ganja. The staff does know their inventory and are very upbeat and friendly. Add the glass shop next door and you got everything that a cannabis consumer needs at prices that reflect legal weed. Lmao the government makes a higher percentage off taxes than I used to make as a weed...
