Mission Pools — Attraction in Escondido

Mission Pools built my pool about 2 years ago - nice pool. I called them out about a leak coming from the salt chlorinator they recently replaced -- they came out and fixed the leak.

The next morning when I turned on the spa, it drained into the pool. So I called Mission Pools, I was sure it must be a valve left in a different position after the repair. Person on the phone said no, tech didn't touch any valves -- we'll have to charge you to come out. I said, really?? Your guy was just out, nobody but the tech touched my pool in the past 12 hours, what's the deal? They insisted that I would be charged to fix this problem.

I said that's ridiculous!! I'll call someone else. Bottom line: My pool cleaner came out and turned one valve adjacent to the salt chlorinator to fix the problem, no charge.

So I called Mission Pools to tell them it definitely was what I thought, that they left a valve in an incorrect position...... And they STILL insisted their tech didn't touch any valves. What a joke, will never use...

We recently replaced our old giant pool heater (the pool is approx. 94000 gal.) with two smaller heaters. Kim in service was my point of contact for this project and I had given her a very tight timeline for the installation. She had Mike the installation supervisor check out our site to be sure that the two heaters would fit and perform correctly. They, and their crew acquired the heaters and had them installed well within the tight schedule that I had given them. The installation went as smooth as silk and the heaters that they recommended are performing great. We used to have to have our propane tank filled twice a week when heating our pool. With the two smaller heaters running in series, we now only fill the tank one time per week. We are saving on propane and the pool is being held at the required temperature. Mission Pools is the only company that I can recommend without any reservations. Both Kim and Mike are very responsive and I felt perfectly comfortable with them handling...
