Karen is an absolute magician when it comes to hair. I have tons of hair that is thick, medium length and dark. She preformed absolute sorcery on my hair, she gave me exactly what I wanted and it even exceeded my expectations. She listened to what I wanted and confirmed everything with me before moving forward. She connected with me and made me feel so comfortable and beautiful by the end of our appointment, she works fast too! She even sent me links to products she recommends at the end of my appointment which I appreciated so much. The environment is welcoming and clean. I have never felt such confidence before and have been getting so many compliments since leaving the salon. Don’t think twice about booking! I mean just look at the photo and let it do the talking for me . I can’t wait to come back for my touch ups with Karen, their is no other stylist I will ever trust with my hair.

This facility gives me the creeps. The waiting area looks like a junk store, with boxes and jewelry and hair products sitting out in no apparent order. I could not believe the huge pile of magazines spilling over the sides of a table onto the floor. Then there is the echo...oh my. when there are two or more people working, you cannot hear yourself think...awful after a long day at work. I hope my stylist finds another...

First time every going to get my hair done! I was nervous at first but Karen is a hair goddess and made me feel super comfortable and confident. 10 out of 10.
