I would put zero stars if I could. First I was urged by your employee to get the 'Zeus tank', she said it would go great and was made for my AEGIS geek vape. Right off the bat I went through a coil a day. Plus I had a hell of a time putting in my coil in this tank and an even worse time trying to get the tank to attach to my vape, after about 50 tries,somehow it would work. OK now after a cpl hits it started sounding funny and hitting really shifty. SO I took it apart & noticed the ejuice was leaking all throughout the tank and each hit was flooded w juice. I'd take it apart,clean it up and it would do it again straight away. Did I get a default tank??? Or does it not go well with a geek vape??? I don't know but that was #40 down the drain. Wasn't even good for 1 day....So I bought a whole new vape for $109,"Vapresso Gen S". WORST VAPE POSSIBLE I COULD'VE BOUGHT!!! QFTER 6 DAYS TOPS, IT STARTED DOUNG THE EXACT SAME THING AS THE ZEUS TANK. TAKE A JUICY BUBBLY HIT & SAW ALL THE JUICE LEAKED THROUGH ALL THE WAY TO THE BOTTOM OF THE ATONOMIZER..I've been so busy at work I had no time to come in and complain. I HATE TO LWAVE SUCH AN AWEFUL REVIEW BUT WHY AM I GETTING SO SCREWED OVER? AND BECAUSE OD "COVID" I GET NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE?? I WASTED $160 IN A WEWK AT THE 'VOTED BEST VAPE STORE IN EUREKA'???? Read moreI’m new to vaping and I came in to S.T.I.L because I was having a problem with my Voopoo Drag Mini giving me a “check atomizer” message repeatedly after my first time putting in a new coil.
Here I’ll inject how I could make this review unnecessarily long(er) by going into my many less than optimal experiences of visiting several other local shops for help. I’ll leave it at that.
Anyway, after much YouTube research and taking the tank apart and putting it back together I was still stymied.
We were in Eureka and dropped by S.T.I.L. I liked the friendly vibe as soon as we walked in. I explained my predicament and THREE employees came right over to help - then politely asking to take it in back to have a look at it. 3 minutes later they came back with a working mod.
I was truly impressed. They were super nice about it and I’d actually wanted to pay them for their time but they waved it away. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and so we purchased $75 worth of more fun vape stuff!
The next day I thought I’d try changing to a different coil ...just because.... Then Again! “check atomizer”. Ugh
So I called S.T.I.L. They remembered me though they’d actually had two people come in with that very same problem. They told me what they did to fix it but said if I couldn’t to please feel free to come back in and have them do it. I fixed it.
Even though we live in Mckinleyville we will are willing to travel to Eureka just to buy from S.T.I.L. Their friendly helpful customer service is very much appreciated. And the shop is well...
