Credit Union 1 - Fairbanks Branch — Attraction in Fairbanks

Got CPI added to my car loan. My car has been insured since I got it. Provided proof of insurance multiple times. Finally, after two weeks it gets processed and they have finally decided i have insurance. I have an auto payment coming up and the CPI hasn’t been refunded. I seriously don’t understand why you can’t refund a charge YOU made to MY account. Now my payment is grossly raised, and according to the representative, it will take three weeks to process my refund. You guys don’t even have to give money back to me, you just have to take the necessary steps to NOT unfairly charge me. I have other bills I need to pay and yall are tanking my budget. Like seriously, what do i need to do to make just one thing in my life go in the right direction before my car payment? 2-3 weeks to process a refund to a payment you have yet to collect on? I cannot wait to get my loans paid off at this bank and I can move to another one! It used to be really good and I had no issues for years until it shut down their second location which was super convenient next to Fred Meyers. Today my paycheck has been pending and should have been posted this morning but their system went down and I have been waiting for them to post MY MONEY to MY ACCOUNT so that I can go there to the most inconvenient location across town and pull out 40 dollars so that I can pay my mortgage at AK USA. I have been told twice multiple times this morning it will be 30 minutes, it will be another 45 minutes, another hour, etc. I also hate that they got rid of their point system which was great if you needed a little extra cash if you had enough points, really made banking there worth while but...

I've been a member for 8 years it was excellent when I joined but turned to s••t in a hurry under staffed on line banking used to be very excellent now can't even access because of the way it's designed which is very poorly they have 7 or more tills but one person working so wait time to cash a check is longer and slower than the drive through at Carl's juniors in fairbanks on airport way the ladies working there are rude and act like your taking up their pressace time they don't bank share with anybody in the lower 48 or in Alaska if I didn't have loans with them I would go to Alaska USA better all the way around that's my experience with the big...
