South Park Recreation Center — Attraction in Fairplay

Although the weight room is small, the equipment was modern, clean and functional. From the view of the treadmills and exercise bikes is a large indoor pool. Mens locker room was clean and adequate in size. Although my visit to South Park was short, I hope to be invited back. The town folks and patrons of the rec center were quite polite. Possibly many could sense I'm a old country boy who honorably and proudly served our country. And since a little boy has loved cowboy boots and hats,.I hadn't thought about it but maybe thats why people like me🤔😉. To be honest I just met somebody in the parking lot who went there they said it was great great place then I met one of the instructors who teaches yoga there Megan after meeting her I'm sure it's a place you would like to visit place with a positive aura . When you're on the road or camping you can get a shower there for like 5:50 or workout for like 8 or nine dollars for the full meal deal and you can use that pass all day. My buddy would work out in the morning get a shower go hiking or riding and then come back and get a shower before it closed you have to be there at 5:00 or before 5:00 I think...

This place is a gem! We are here for a month and I've been missing my lap swimming until today! Two lap lanes, half the size of regulation lanes on width but totally adequate as I was the only swimmer. Guard on duty was friendly and attentive. Looks like a great place for kids as there were some enjoying the leisure pool with their parents. Showers were clean and had soap dispensers. The gym looked adequate and I will come back and use that as well. To find a place like this in a rather remote area is truly special. The staff is friendly as well and the prices are good....
