I am not the type of person to typically leave reviews, but the service was unprofessional and added uncessary stress to wedding planning. I got fitted 5 months before my wedding. They originally gave me a date of April 20 to have all of my groomsmen and ushers fitted. I received an urgent call the first week of March saying that everyone had to be fitted within the next six days in order to get the tuxes in on time. I fanatically called my groomens apologizing for the short notice to get fitted in six days. One even got fitted while on vacation in Ireland and called in his sizes, but everyone got fitted in those six days. I later revived a call from Savvi FOUR weeks later saying that they had just ordered the tuxes!!! I then received a call a week after saying that they actually just ordered the tuxes!!! Everything came in though. 3/8 tuxes didn't fit properly (all of which were fitted in store). I rushed back to the store to pick up my tux just an hour before rehearsal. On top of everything, they also forgot the pocket squares so we had to settle for generic white. My wedding was this past weekend. My husband and I registered with the Fairview Heights location in early October or late September. The majority of the men that we selected to be in the wedding did not go in and pay their deposit. The staff there was so courteous! & they were patient. Because we had to recruit other men to be in the wedding, we were last minute getting all of the men to go into the store & pay their down payment. Savvi Fairview Heights allowed us even up until 2 days before the wedding to get the rentals paid for. They consistently communicated with us. Read moreI am very disappointed in my experience at this tuxedo rental place. I was told I could try on my tux before my wedding day which I did. It didnt fit. So they told me they would reorder it and retry it on Thursday. I showed up Thursday and they said that they didn't order it. I asked to speak to a manger and they said that it would cost an extra 50 dollars to retry it on. I don't understand why they told me to come try it on and then they didn't even order it. Then when I asked for a return of my money they told me it was all refundable besides 50 dollars. I am very disappointed in my experience here. The manager had a bad attitude and very unhelpful.
