Lane Bryant — Local services in Fairview Heights

Myself and my daughter came to Lane Bryant looking to get her measured and purchase new bras. We were greeted by a wonderful employee by the name of Marshonne. She assisted both me and my daughter with finding out our current bra sizes and even recommended a few different bra styles. She was patient and very knowledgeable about the merchandise and promotions. She displayed a warm and friendly demeanor that made it easy to approach her with concerns and questions. Although my Fiancé found clothing here that she did like, the less than helpful approach of the (seemingly) manager cut our trip short. The manager (or older associate), talked about customers in the store as they were shopping and when asking if they had a specific size of bra, she did not help us and only replied “whatever you can find on the shelf.” As the associates are more familiar with the layout of the store, I do not think this is an unreasonable request.

Of the two employees, the older lady has definitely deterred us from ever...

There is an employee, Terri, I think who was very rude. She acted as if I was annoying her by attempting to maximize my coupon deal. She "huffed and puffed" and also flung a shirt on a rack when I decided that I didn't want it. Very unprofessional and unlike the usual service from this location. I am highly disappointed in...
