Super fun place. My kids and myself had a blast. Many attractions. It's fun for adults too. I liked the unlimited time vs other similar places. However, the food service was terrible. I understand new places may have hiccups with demand but I am disgusted. I spent 10 minutes in line waiting to order 3 slices of pizza. I then waited another 30 minutes for the food to be made. I witnessed a worker eat a slice of pizza behind the counter with gloved hands and continued to service food without changing her gloves. At this point I walked up and was told they still don't have any pizza ready. I asked for a manager and a refund. When I told the manager about the unsanitary behaviors of the worker she defended them stating they were short staffed and the workers didn't get a break. I can sympathize with being short staffed. Even if there is no time for a break you still change your gloves after eating or touching your face! With all the stomach bugs going around, you don't touch your mouth then other people's food. Gross! Also don't make your paying customers wait for a product that your staff is consuming in plain sight. They should have ate something not in demand. Poor response by the manger by defending the employee. I wouldn't have written this review, if the manager would have properly corrected the situation. I will go back to the park but will...
Read moreUrban air itself is amazing, so much fun at every corner. We did a birthday event from 3-5pm. We showed up early and still were not seated until 3:25...25 minutes INTO our party reservation time. Email invites never worked. Our "host" constantly was never to be found when she did host our party she served all the kids but mine(the BIRTHDAY KID) the table was filthy when we got to it at 3:25 and our host threw away half our cheese pizza and some of our pepperoni, about a full overpriced pizza altogether $15 down the can with kids hungry wondering where their pizza went. We were rushed to hurry up with 40 of our reserved time left. Considering we lost almost half hour of party time due to urban air employees seemed ironic they would be rushing us before it was even 5....🤔 manager asked about the experience and was honest with him, he could care less, not even a fake apology 🙁 My daughter and her friends had a great time due to the park attractions but the birthday party experience lacked in many ways when spending over $300 for 2 hours of time you expect things to run smoothly not a hour of your party time to go by waiting for 6 kids socks and your...
Read moreThis facility and their staff were awesome! I took my 7 & 5 yr old boys for a birthday party yesterday. They had a blast on all the cool attractions! My 7 year old has a phone because we use it to track his blood sugar to monitor his Type 1 Diabetes. He has to have his phone with him at all times in order to alert us that his sugars are dropping to a dangerous, possibly fatal level. When he realized his phone had fallen out while he was in the foam square pit he went into a full panic attack. I stopped a younger man that worked there to ask him what we could do to find it and my son was hysterical by this point. The worker was so sweet to him and tried to comfort him to get him to calm down. He seemed genuinely concerned that my son was so upset. He took my name and phone number and the description of his phone. We ended up having to go back up there at closing time to see if they found it. When we returned this young man had gone into the foam pit and found my son’s phone! My son was SO relieved! My husband and I were too because we were able to track his sugars again! I am very grateful for this...
