The restaurant was clean, it wasn't busy at all. Although we did have to ask for clean salad plates. Our waitress did not seem like she wanted to be there at all. She was not friendly. When we told her that 2/3 of our salad plates were dirty, she didn't believe us. She literally stood there examining both of the plates as if we were lying about it. She eventually went and got us some clean plates. She seldomly came to check on us. Our breadsticks that came out with our salad were hard enough to play drums with. Our entrées were really good. My dad had the chicken Alfredo with a side of Italian sausage, my mom had the chicken marsala, I had the ziti. We all really enjoyed our food. I spoke to the manager about our experience with the waitress, and let him know that it was my dad's 64th birthday. He was very apologetic about his waitress, and took care of the situation quickly. He made sure that my dad got a dessert, on the house. Which I know is customary, but we were impressed with how quickly he took care of some customers that were having a less than desirable experience in his restaurant. Overall, I would say that the manager resolved the issue and salvaged our experience. We will be back to try again, especially since it is one of my dad's favorite restaurants.

I was staying at a nearby hotel and just wanted a dessert to take back to my hotel. It was about 20-minutes before closing time so I walked up to the bar to place the To-Go order as no one was up front to greet me. The bartender proceeded to countdown her entire drawer while I was sitting there waiting to place my order. I get it, it was close to closing but other servers and the manager even came into the bar area and nobody else bothered to see if they could take my order. Once the drawer countdown was complete, she finally placed my order for a tiramisu ($10.50 by the way) and handed me my receipts with no pen to sign before disappearing into the kitchen. I then had to listen to the manager and a server discuss how many guests they upsold that night to the tune of over $950 in extras added to that server's orders. I thought that this was in pretty poor taste considering a paying guest was sitting right there, able to hear the whole conversation. Once my tiramisu came to the bar I wasn't given any disposable silverware and was told by the bartender that I would have to ask for it at the To-Go station by the door. I then had to go interrupt another conversation between the three staff members chit-chatting at this counter so I could get a fork to take back to the hotel. Needless to say, the staff here was less than welcoming and they have a poor understanding of what it means to be professional in front of the paying guests. On top of that, I couldn't believe that this tiny slice of tiramisu cost $10.50. Definitely not worth that!

TLDR: The place is not clean at all, and the wait staff was extremely slow and unfriendly. Upon entering, we were promptly greeted by the hostess and seated. However, the table we were given wasn't super gross but not clean either. The fake plant next to us was covered in a thick coat of dust, and the touch screen device had a small bit of noodle from someone else's dinner stuck to it. Despite our initial thoughts of leaving, my wife and I decided to stay. We ordered waters, which took forever to come out, followed by our entrees, which took over 25 minutes to be delivered. This place was dead, and two waitresses were gossiping about their lives and work within five feet of us. The waitress only checked on us twice during the 45 minutes we were at Olive Garden. My wife went to the restroom and mentioned that two of the staff exited a stall without washing their hands, which is also gross. I used the mens restroom and found the place to be destroyed, see pics. The food seemed fine and was affordable, but with all the other factors considered, unless changes are made, we're not sure if we'll be back to this location. The place needs a deep cleaning, staff need to be trained on personal hygiene, and improvements need to be made.

5 Stars - Wonderful Gluten-Friendly Experience! I visited Olive Garden around 4 PM for an early dinner, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. There was no wait, and I was warmly greeted and seated right away. Patty, my waitress, was attentive and friendly, immediately bringing water to my table. I try to avoid gluten and count calories, so I was thrilled to see the gluten-friendly options on the menu. I ordered the gluten-free rotini pasta with marinara sauce, paired with two orders of gluten-free grilled chicken, and the classic salad with no croutons. Everything tasted delicious, and when my meal arrived, Patty noticed that the chicken portion seemed small. Without hesitation, she brought me additional grilled chicken, ensuring I had a satisfying meal. The food was wonderful, and the customer service was even better. Olive Garden truly made it easy for me to enjoy a tasty, gluten-free meal. I will definitely be back!

I placed an order for 3 soups and only received two (I was not charged for 3 but I know I placed my order for 3). The gnocchi soup was good but had like five pieces of gnocchi in it. It was just expensive to be gnocchiless. Otherwise good! Edit: 2/23/22 Olive Garden reached out to me and gave me a $25 gift card for my troubles. I am happy to work with such good customer service. I am trying them again tomorrow and have high hopes for a 5 star review! Edit: 2/24/23 I am so happy to report that my visit was wonderful. I was concerned about winter weather so I called and asked if I could change my pickup time. They agreed without hesitation. I ended up making it by the time of my original pickup order. Long story short I got the order warm and hot. The soup was thick and full (plenty of gnocchi) and everything was delicious. The customer service and food at olive garden is equally wonderful! Thank you to the olive garden staff!

McDonalds would’ve been a better choice. My son and I came at 3pm for dinner, wait was about 35 minutes. Our server was very attentive and bubbly, but the restaurant is where it fell for me. Our table had a swarm of 5+ flies buzzing all over our hair, table, and food; makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like. Even our server made a comment about the flies. My son had a raspberry lemonade and the first was delicious, second was a very watered down version. I had a pitcher of the green apple moscato sangria and it’s the only good thing about this visit for me. Salad was very soggy and gross, breadsticks had an over seasoned top, while my chicken from the Grilled Chicken Margherita was dry and made me regret choosing this over something else. My sons Chicken Alfredo was bland and so-so. For spending $70+ just for the meal, not including tip, I would expect better than sub par. Will NOT be returning.
