Going, Going, Gone! — Local services in Fairview Heights

Good deals, worst customer service workers I've ever met in my entire life. I was doing some Christmas shopping and was trying on some things and there were 3 girls working in the fitting room. I was changing clothes and the three of them start very loudly and rudely talking about me. They were cursing and saying in very colorful ways how I smelled bad, and laughing about it. They then proceeded to come over to my stall and SPRAY AIR FRESHNER outside on my stall and over the door into my stall . This went on for about 5 minutes, with them talking about me and laughing the whole time. They just wouldn't give it a rest. Mind you, I am a healthcare worker that had just gotten off a 16 hour shift and went straight to the store for christmas presents because that's the only time I have available, so I haven't gotten a chance to go home and shower yet and maybe didn't smell the best, but that is besides the point. And when I came out of the fitting room they were all looking at me and one said "yep, there it is". I just left because I was honestly shocked at how people could be so cruel to people they have never met before, especially when it's an employee talking to a customer. But I called back up there and talked to the manager and they told me the girls are in high school and that he'll have the general manager call me tomorrow. Definitely won't be coming back...

This place is AWESOME!!! Sooo many good name brand stuff for 3/4 off regular price in other stores!!! This is manly stuff the brands had extra of or didn’t sell or just needed to move to the warehouse to make room for the new seasons stuff. They have Nike, Jordan, Free people, under armor, champion, etc. ALL the athletic stuff you could ever want!! We went back to school shopping & got my girls so much stuff!!! Obviously you have to hunt a little bit but was so worth it!!! I spent a FRACTION of what I would have if I went to any stand alone store!!! Love this place & will definitely be...

I contacted this store to purchase a Pflueger President 35 reel that was in inventory there. Was told I could only get it by in-store purchase on the day of the grand opening on Friday.

I checked today to verify that the reel was still available, and it’s gone. The store actually opened today and was most likely purchased.

Given my definite intent to buy the reel, DICK’S personnel should have found a way to help me...
