I was dreading shopping for bras since I boycotted them for a good number of years but thanks to Stephanie the GM at Lane Bryant I walked away with more than I expected. She truly made my shopping experience so much fun & so comfortable.
She gave me more options than what I originally had asked & she took care of me so well that when she asked if I was interested in a Credit Card I said YES! (Her selling techniques were so smooth & so genuine I walked away thinking how did she do that?š)

None of them bothered to try and help find my size nor seemed to care I was even in there. I knew they closed soon, but while I was trying to find my sizes they turned the lights off on me and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. All three just giggled behind the counter. Worst customer service ever. No wonder they are going out...
