Fun place to go with family. Dodgeball game is a great time. Really busy at times, so have to navigate carefully so you can keep following the 1 person per square rule. Snack bar is available with drinks, treats, and some food choices. Arcade area has a few game options. There are multiple party rooms for those birthdays or other celebrations. Parking is about perfect for what the facility can handle in people...so if it is packed, it might be busy. But sure it varies. Bathrooms were cleanly. There was some construction/revamping when we were There so a larger area that will be the basketball court was not in use which likely increased the packed sensation. There is seating available at entrance and also a balcony where one can sit and eat. The balcony offers non-jumping family/friends a high vantage point for watching others fun. Cost is not bad for a couple hours of time as a family/friend outing. May be...
Read moreNot as great as some I’ve seen across the country. Doesn’t have as many things to do or obstacles/ foam pits. It’s definitely more boring than ones I’ve visited before. It’s staffed by awkward, very flirty, and angsty teenagers which while fun and o watch like a drama show is also kind of cringe. I think they spend more time being touchy and flirty than making sure kids are being safe. Top it off if you have little ones you can’t bounce with them in the same square which makes it hard when they’re a little too young to be alone or they are a little shy to be alone. Doesn’t feel quite professional and has an awkward vibe as an adult I guess. I wouldn’t recommend coming unless your kids are older than 7 and have someone else to play with. I’m giving it 2 stars only because it’s 1/4 the price of every other one across the nation; which is probably because they staff kids and have 1/4 of the things other...
Read moreThis establishment is not for tiny tikes. We looked on their website ahead of time just to make sure. They say they accept kids 4 and under but our experience today was anything but fun. We have frequented a similar trampoline gym in our home town for years without any issues. We had 2 adults supervising two kids under 3 and we were charged for their admission even though the website states smaller kids can have a chaperone without an admission charge. (The adults were not there to jump).
I can respect the fact that establishment wants to keep things safe. The staff were constantly reprimanding the kids ages 1, 2, 4 and 4. How much air can a 1 and 2 year old get? No much. It was overkill. The kids were there to explore and every which way they turned they were getting yelled at.
Please beware this is an expensive place to have fun and the fun police are out...
