Usually always a great choice for dining, fast, free samples to try b4 you buy, great flavor on almost everything, and appropriate sized portions for the price paid for each different plate combo choice offered. Only PROBLEM WAS THIS TIME I FOUND-MIDWAY THRU MY MEAL, AS I WAS EATING ONE BITE I FOUND SOMETHING UNEXPECTED AND HORRIFYING TO ME WHICH RUINED WHOLE MEAL... I FOUND TWO HAIRS, ONE WHILST EATING ONE BITE, AND THE other HAIR I FOUND AFTER HAVING EXPERIENCED FINDING FIRST HAIR IN MY MOUTH, I INSPECTED PLATE FURTHER AND FOUND THE OTHER SECOND SMALLER HAIR ON SIDE OF THE OTHER PART OF MY PLATE YET TO BE EATEN FROM... GROSSED ME OUT HORRIBLY, AND ONCE BROUGHT TO STORES ATTENTION DURING MY COMPLAINT, THEY DIDNT KNOW HOW TO EVEN APPROPRIATELY HANDLE OR CORRECTLY ADDRESS ISSUE LIKE PROFESSIONAL RESTAURANT BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENT SHOULD BE ABLE TO DO... SAD SITUATION ALL AROUND, BECAUSE I USUALLY LIVE TO EAT THERE...SAD DAY, SAD SCENARIO, WITH SAD...

Witnessed blatant discrimination from the server Kristi on July 6th, 2024 at around 6:30 PM. Walked up to the counter to order some food. There was a woman with her 3 kids ordering food.

The other server was very attentive and courteous, doing her best to help the woman. Then all of a sudden, Kristi walked up from the back, and asked if I was helped. I stated, I was waiting my turn, since the woman was there first, ordering her food.

She directed the woman ordering food in a very hostile manner, to leave her place in line, and let me jump in ahead of her. I was very confused and dumbfounded by this, since the woman was there first, halfway through ordering her food already. It was very disheartening too see the woman distressed and rightfully offended by this, walking away disgusted by...

This city is pretty nice but this restaurant's service is abysmal. As a college student in a town without a reliable and regular bus system, I can only get food by ordering on apps. So when the pickup driver for my food didn't come for an hour, I called the restaurant just to be polite, inform them of the situation, and ask for next steps. The lady who answered the phone was rude and condescending, and would keep interrupting me while I was explaining that no GrubHub driver had gotten the food. Eventually I just hung up because she clearly wasn't trained in how to talk to people and I don't waste my time on people who peaked in high school and are upset because they are forced to work a dead end job while the rest of us...
