Wonderful customer service! Will always use Bedford Camera & Video in the future! I submitted an online order for my childās birthday invitations to another photo print shop, I received a confirmation and when I arrived to pick up my order, their system was down and they did not intend to have it up and running for a few days. Well, in a panic, I stopped by Bedfordās drive thru to ask if they could quickly print my order, I showed them an email with the photo attachment. Bedfordās employee saved the attachment onto my phone and asked me to come into the store to upload the photo and they could have it printed that day. I told her I was a little nervous coming in with my 2 and 4 year old, which is why we used the drive-thru. She said it would be quick. When we walked in, she had already turned on the movie Finding Nemo for the kids, they sat in a very comfy chair and happily watched the movie while she uploaded the invitation from my phone, submitted the order, check out, etcā¦. She also recommended a pre-paid card that saved me money on my order. 2 hours later I picked up the invitations, they were perfect! Thank you Becky and Bedford...

However, up until now Iāve only used my phone to capture content for my business so moving up to a big kid DSLR was a big step for me. I purchased a used camera and several lens hoping what I obtained was adequate. I took my new camera into the store and basically said āhelp!ā And Aaron spent so much time going over everything I had. He explained to me the pros and cons of the equipment I had and did his absolute best to show me how it would work best for me. But after explaining my camera was a pretty old model, I decided to go ahead and purchase a whole new body. He was so knowledgeable, kind, and entertaining as we ending spending about an hour going over everything. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in to Bedford's to buy my first DSLR and was pretty sure when I came in that I was going to buy a Canon because that was what I was familiar with. The store manager, Sean, came to help me and was very knowledgeable about all the cameras and extremely patient with my endless stream of questions. An hour later I walked out with a mirrorless Sony ILCE-6000, a telephoto lens and everything else I needed to get back into the hobby I have missed. I love the camera but I was most impressed by this store and its personnel. The store was very busy at that time but Sean treated me like I was the most important person there! Everyone was pleasant and I noticed that if a customer couldn't be waited on right at that moment, at least the store personnel acknowledged them and generally they didn't have to wait very long for service.
