Very disappointing experience for various reasons. I wasn’t going to write a review but I feel it is necessary at this point.
I bought a table that came with two “free” chairs. When I got home I realized a sign on the box that clearly said “one chair” and found one chair was missing from the box. I went back to the store on a Sunday and they said they would have to reorder from a warehouse in Little Rock and it would be here on Friday and they were so sorry. Of course it was a mistake and no big deal. We did not receive any notification come Friday that the chair was in. Over the weekend we went to put the remaining chair together and there were 3 “c” legs vs A, B, C parts so obviously not going to work. I called today and they said the other chair would not be in until Friday, a week later than initially stated, and they would go ahead and order another. I asked for just a partial refund and to not get the chairs at all, as I am just over it at this point. Manager said nope, bc they were free. Which is fine but a pretty shotty way of dealing with it in my opinion. We are moving an hour away and going back and forth to deal with this is really an inconvenience. And there is no solutions offered and worse than that a bad attitude from who I’ve dealt with. I’ve politely explained I would just come pick up my chairs Friday, a week late, and be done with it and not shop there in the future. Ben replied “and that is totally fine” and hung up the phone. So their mistake and they are fine with losing a customer over it? Not where I want to spend my money and had I not already assembled the furniture I would bring it all back honestly.
I decided to make this review as I was practically begged for one by Jason when checking out “bc he wanted to win the free lunch from catfish hole for having the most reviews”. I hope this one counts! I initially chose against leaving him a positive review bc he lied. I asked him how many tables they had left in stock and he told me 1. I sent my husband back several days later to buy said table and he was told there were FIFTEEN.
All in all, I’m just disappointed on so many levels and feel others should be aware of potential issues when dropping so much money...

In October 2023 we left on vacation and came back to find the one side of the springs popped up. While moving the furniture to inspect the spring, we noticed the back of the other sectional broken.
We called to notify the store and were told we had to take the sectionals to the store for repair. We took the sectionals and notified of both situations found, the spring as well as the broken back.
I picked up the sofas later and while the spring was repaired the back of the other broken part was not repaired. I called the store yet again and was asked to bring the sofa to be repaired. I also notified them that the portion of the sectional that was repaired screeched and is thoroughly embarrassing to host anything at home due to the noise it makes.
I took the sofas yet again for a second repair and marked with masking tape both sides which needed repair. I got a call from the manager shortly letting me know both repairs had ben done. Reassuring me the warehouse had taking care of the issue. I asked him to ensure me things were done properly.
I picked up the sectional today. Both sectionals had the tape on each side to earmark each piece that needed tending to. The part that makes the noise, still has the problem. And the backside of the other is still broken.
I called your manager at the store, Jordan. He tells me he spoke to the warehouse where the repairs were supposedly done, and they told him they did them. He says all he can do is take their word and not personally check the problem.
First, I want you to know. I went into your store in good faith and made a capital investment which I could have done at any other store. I’ve communicated my disappointment and frustration and have been promised falsely that the issue would be corrected. I’ve invested time and energy with my family loading and unloading these sofas time and time again.
We were told the furniture had a 1-year guarantee. However, the make is no longer in business.
I feel as if the stores management style is atrocious with no regards to integrity to good customer service.

Read moreSo I am changing my review to one star. BUYER BEWARE! I was forced to give the salesman a review while I was checking out my purchase. So I gave him 5 stars and when I finished paying, I barely heard him say no returns as he handed me the receipt. You know, after I paid! Well, I thought the sofa would work out but it did not! I had surgery last year and since then certain seats cause me extreme pain after sitting for 30 minutes to an hour. There was no way for me to know that the sofa I bought would be one of those seats because I didn't stay in the store and sit in it for an hour. Especially, with a saleman hovering over me and making me nervous. The sofa has caused me EXTREME PAIN in my hip. I am crying every night after sitting in it. I have no where else to sit and I spent a lot of money on this sofa. I called and begged them to help me out. To either exchange it or give me a deal on a second sofa and I will give my new sofa that hurts me to my daughter. I even offered to buy a more expensive model if they could help me out. The only thing they offered to do was to exchange my new couch for the exact same couch that is the floor model. NO HELP WHATSOEVER! This is no way to treat a customer who just spent over $1000 in your store. They refused to even work with me. They have lost my business for future purchases. They didn't even attempt to help me and now I am stuck with a sofa that causes me so much pain that I have trouble walking. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING...
