Eatin' pizza on PI day. Not much of a savings (using the coupon pictured) when you have to buy the large drink with the first meal but whatever, still enjoyed a good pizza buffet. Most of the pizza is pretty basic but they do have some that are a step up, such as the taco, stuffed crust, and chicken&bacon on thin crust (one of my favorites). If you've never had CiCi's before, I'd say it's kinda like getting hot and ready's at some other joints (and about the same price) but with more variety with soup, salad, and dessert, so that makes it a pretty good deal. If you found this review helpful, please "Like It" and thank You.

Walked in at 8:22 and were told buffet closes at 8:30, unlike their reported closing of 10. They refuse to report on their website or to Google that their buffet closes at 8:30. You can report things like that to Google as plenty of other locations have separate hours for separate sections of their stores. Responses from about a year ago from the owner states their buffet does not actually close at this time, but this is clearly a recurring issue that needs a lot of people fired.

Great service for a great price. The pizza buffet is a little over $6. The food is good and filling, furthermore, there a a wide variety of options. You can request to have your own small pizza made. I had a small supreme pizza made for myself by request. It was no extra cost and is delicious.

The chicken and waffle is completely overrated, getting that out first. There was a lack of basic pizza on the bar, no cheese pizza. There were some more special pizzas that I don't normally see as a normal addition: spinach alfredo and some king of bbq/buffalo chicken thing (i didnt try it, im not a fan of buffalo, sorry!). But it was such a small pizza bar, maybe 6 options, cheese sticks, plus 4 desserts. That's a large dessert ratio, imo. The seasonal pumpkin rolls were actually pretty good, though.

One of my party ordered a custom pizza. It didn't take very long, it was well covered in ingredients, and it was a personal size just for them. They don't put the extra personal orders on the bar. Which I'm actually kind of bummed about. I actually like trying new things, but I don't want a random whole pizza, either. But there just wasn't room to put anything out on the bar, either. It was a one side available bar, so very limited options.

Staff kept the place looking clean. Tables were wiped off promptly, trash was checked often, the pizza counter was kept clean. The bathrooms were also kept up for a friday night. The small game room wasn't grimy, either, which can be hard for a friday, too, but they kept it going. The pizza bar, as small as it was, wasn't ever empty, so they kept it stocked with fresh pizza.

If you're there and wanr cicis, it's not bad. But I do like the rogers one much better if there's a choice. Cicis has always been decent for that cheap pizza...

Me and my family went there on 4-1-24 at 8pm. The first thing was I went to get a salad and there was no cheese on the salad bar. I found out that you have to ask for the cheese, which I thought was very werid!! The next thing is here it is 825 and the manager came to us and ask if we wanted any more pizza because they were closing and shutting down the buffet. Me and my daughter sat there and talked about this for a min and she went and talked to the manager again and asked him what time they close. One of the other workers shouted out oh between 8-830.Your web site states they close at 10pm and so does the sign at the restaurant. About 5 min later all workers started boxing up and scavenging through the pizza that was left. Also while all this was going on there was atleast 15 people that came in and was denied service because they were closeing.. I have been in the restaurant business all my life and I find that all of the above is very unprofessional. Where is the CLOSEING TIME IS 10 and customer service?? I was very very disappointed all the way around!! Mind you we spent $60 and drove past alot of restaurants that I am sure we could have been treated a whole lot better than this night at...

Updated 9/24/23. Yall. We went back 5o try them again after the original visit. We got our food and sat down and there was a big (grand-daddy longleg type big) COOKED ONTO A CINAMMON ROLL. We took it back up, and while the manager was looking at it, she found a roach cooked into the other cinnamon roll attached to the one with the spider. Fortunately, an employee was at the table picking up plates when we sat down with the food--but they told us "bugs happen" and sent us to the manager. The explanation we were given by one of the guys working the buffet was that the pans are stored "up there where it's dusty and cobwebs show up overnight" as he pointed to the top of a rack. They have us two free adult buffet passes (for our party of 4), but they're only good at this location and I don't think I can get my kids to go back!

Original review--Normally, we love cicis. I don't know if we caught this one at a bad time, or if they were short staffed, but it was just an okay visit. The food was all hard and seemed old. They did make more when we asked, but we had to ask. The bathrooms were dirty and the tables were unoccupied...
