Harps Food Stores — Attraction in Fayetteville

This Braums location let me down today.. though rare or was this time a real let down. Ordered the triple cheese burger with extra onions and the burger was not prepared well at All.. The meat and virtually the ingredients were just "thrown" on. One party was hanging half way off the side cheese was as well and a onions placed throughout but one slice including core was one one side lettuce..... sorry but this was just thrown together in a hurry. And extremely messy while.Trying to wat it. I Know how busy it can get in the fast food industry I've worked it for decades and worhbthia pandemic slowing things down there really is No excuse for this Lack of quality and service. I truly hope I'm not disappointed at this...

I love going to Harps. It's quiet and peaceful there and not so many people that you can't even get down an aisle, like at Walmart. Walmart gives me a splitting headache, the loud music, all the noise, rude people in your way, they stand and talk in front of you and don't care. Harps is so quiet and peaceful and all the workers are so nice, friendly, and helpful. They may charge a little more but they are well worth it. Their meats are so much better tasting than Walmarts especially the beef. I won't buy my beef anywhere but...

My cakes were made on the wrong day originally. When they remade them for the correct day there were a couple imperfections including cake pieces in the icing, and a spot where the dye had bled. Our visions were clearly not in sync. I gave the bakery an invitation to use to match the colors and they definitely did it match them. The smash cake was in a container that smashed the icing around the sides as well. I paid close to $70.00 for a 1/2 sheet and a smash cake and I will not order a cake...
