What a superb business. I depend on the security system every single day to protect the home and family...and I can count on Holmes to perform at an outstanding level of service and support. We recently had two technicians in our home, Justin and Tyler. Both were outstanding. They took time to explain things I was probably told several years ago when we signed up with Holmes but had forgotten. Both very helpful and very efficient. Both very tech savvy. Then Donna Dembo reached out and helped me upgrade our system with a service agreement that we should have purchased when the home was new. She is another long-ball hitter who makes good things happen. Helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. All-in-all, I am very pleased with Holmes Security. I could probably find some company that might charge a few dollars a month less, but I have learned many times over, you clearly get what you pay for.
