I have been a customer at Reverie since it opened, and I won't be again. I used to enjoy stopping in when I lived near Fayetteville, and I continued making online purchases after I moved away, with my last successfully fulfilled order on 12/13/23. I never experienced any problems with order fulfillment until I placed my final order on 12/26/23. Since we were still in the midst of the Christmas season, I was not too concerned when a week had gone by without a status update. However, after 2.5 weeks without a shipping confirmation, I contacted the store via email on 1/13/24 for a status update. I would have preferred to call, but they do not list a phone number online. Ridiculous. Anyway, no one responded to my email. I sent a follow-up email on 1/19/24 (no response, of course), and I sent a Facebook message that day, too, because I had seen that they were active on their Facebook page. If you can imagine it, no one responded to that either. I sent a follow-up Facebook message on 1/20/24 requesting that they "please respond to my message." They viewed my message but did not say anything. I found it bizarre that they were updating social media but apparently did not know how to reply to messages via email or messaging apps. Thankfully, I got my money back from my bank due to their lack of follow-through and poor customer service, but it was an annoying and time-consuming ordeal.
Based on their abundance of Taylor Swift merchandise, it is easy to tell that the Reverie staff are Swifties. From my experience, I can tell you that Reverie is a nightmare dressed like a daydream.

Went to the restroom, that had no sign stating it was closed to the public, to wash my hands. The door was open the entire time and an extremely rude woman popped her head in and told me to “let her know next time”. Well, there will not be a next time as I won’t be back. As one business owner to another, the successful secret to keeping the public out of a private bathroom is to communicate the message on a sign. Simple fix that would have kept me from washing my hands while communicating a message that she failed to deliver in a kind, professional manner. After reading other reviews, it would seem this business owner and its staff need to learn how to earn business, especially when you want to overcharge for simple items that are not custom made. She made me feel a certain type of way for simply being considerate and washing my hands prior to touching the merchandise. Read moreLike so many others have reported, they placed orders and didn’t receive any information on the order. I should have looked up the business before I placed an order. I placed my order on November 15th. Sent an email on November 27… no response. I send an IG message on December 2nd. And then for kicks and giggles (because I know they won’t respond) I sent an additional email today, December 3rd. I’m super frustrated because I wanted my item for a pre-holiday event and now I won’t get it in time. I would prefer to get a refund at this point because the lack of response is appalling. My next step is to call my bank or file a report with BBB. It shouldn’t take this much to get a response or get an item you’ve paid for as a customer.
