Malco Razorback Cinema Grill & IMAX — Attraction in Fayetteville

Most of the time its good service and very friendly people. We had to get our own tickets because no one was at the front. There is a woman who was just standing there and complaining while others were working. She kept saying, it says over and over on the screen to come get your 3D glasses! She said this every time a customer came to grab glasses.. Just no reason to be unprofessional and complain infront of customers. Especially after several people had to come get glasses. It didn't tell us until right before the movie anyways. The glasses were covered in grease. Maybe double check them or give out some wipes. I only used them when the people on the screen were far off and took them off when they were close up bc i didnt want to go back up there. She seemed more like she enjoyed conflict over resolution so i rather just enjoy the rest of my night. I love Malco and will definitely be coming back for a better experience bc i dont believe one person represents one business, however it does make a difference in someones overall experience. I went there for the first time with my husband to watch the Avengers: Infinity War movie in IMAX. Spent $30 for 2 tickets (more expensive for a worthwhile experience). The theatre seats were Very comfortable. When we arrived, we found out they do reserved seating. We weren't sure which seats to reserve, so the lady at the counter suggested choosing between rows F, G, or H because they are the most centered with audio surround sound. I liked reserved seating because I didn't have to worry about someone stealing my seat whenever I needed to get concessions or use the bathroom. The food there is decent, if expensive. My husband's burger was cooked about medium well (we like ours "ruined", lol), which was a surprise. If you also like your meat well done, make sure to request it so. They cook everything to order, so when we placed our order, they gave us one of those devices that flashes and vibrates when your order is ready. Overall, I really enjoyed the experience. Whoever came up with the idea of "assigned seating" in movie theatres is a complete moron. So yea..a movie thats been out over a month still only had front row seating...really??....not to mention I payed 50$ for tickets to a matinee. Now because of this "assigned seating" you basically take away the excitement of showing up to a movie theatre early to get that perfect seat in the middle of the theatre. Now you just made it easier for people who are late to everything in life, just an excuse to show up to the theatre late and at the last minute. The reclining seats, I have to admit...are comfortable, but honestly its just an excuse to charge more per ticket. So basically I pay 50$ to take a nap for 2 hours...you can even rent a blanket for 10$?? Wow people pay this?? If you havent guessed I pretty much hated my experience.
