BUYER BEWARE!! WHAT YOU ABSOLUTELY NEED TO KNOW AND WHAT THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU BEFORE YOU SIGN UP - 1. Unlike other fitness studios/apps, if you are a direct member of Pure Barre, you CANNOT cancel your membership on the app. They ask that you call your studio. Your studio then SENDS YOU A CANCELLATION FORM that you must sign - The cancellation form fine print is attached as a photo here - YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A WHOLE ADDITIONAL MONTH AFTER STATING YOU WANT TO CANCEL. 2. Upon signing up, I was told that it was a month-to-month and at no point was I told of a MINIMUM 3 MONTH COMMITMENT because I would NEVER have signed up in that case - YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE THREE MONTHS IF YOU CHOOSE TO CANCEL WITHIN THAT TIME FRAME. 3. They change the schedule and programming on a whim. If you're a creature of habit and like a specific class style/type, there is no guarantee that you will continue to be able to maintain that in your schedule. 4. I have personally witnessed participants on occasion come into class even 10 mins late. I was about 5 mins late to class on a Saturday morning and found the studio to be locked on the outside and no one present at the front desk to open the door. This was absolutely ridiculous. Now they will say it is their policy to not allow participants in after 3 mins but why some are an exception and why some days are different is a whole other question. - BE CONSISTENT AND BE FAIR TO ALL. 5. Pure Barre puts on a great pretense of being "a community" but at the end of the day, their policies and practices simply do not align with fair treatment and community values. They are a corporation that simply wants to get a hold of your credit card information so they can continue to swipe it for a minimum of 4 months.

Pure barre is my JAM so when I was in town for a few days for a destination wedding, PB Fayetteville was my barre away from home. Their hospitality was top notch, their club one of the most unique I’ve been to, and their instructors excellent! Thank you so much for your kindness, for the great shakes, keeping the LTB going, and for making me feel so welcome!!

I love Pure Barre! I grew up playing every sport possible, but after college, I no longer had sports to help me stay in shape. For almost 5 years, I pretty much didn’t work out. I had no motivation. Going to the gym was boring, and I hate running. Pure Barre is fun and you want to keep coming back! I find accountability in going and a constant challenge that feeds my competitive drive. It’s a competition against myself. I love seeing that I’m improving. I love the community that Pure Barre creates. They know your name and are constantly encouraging you. You can go as you are. You don’t need to be worried if you aren’t in shape. I just had a baby 4 months ago, and I am able to do it! You won’t regret going to check it out. Imagine 50 minutes to yourself that you enjoy and is challenging. Pure Barre is probably the hardest exercise I’ve ever done, and I played collegiate volleyball. But while it’s hard, it’s...

Moving from central AR to NWA meant leaving a Pure Barre studio that I loved, and I was unsure that another studio could live up to my expectations. Pure Barre Fayetteville has happily exceeded those. The staff is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and encouraging. All measures are taken to protect our health and ensure our safety while there, including temp checks, double sanitation, and smaller class size to allow for distancing. I’m so glad to have found this community, which is inclusive of people of all ages, races, and genders. Thank you, Pure Barre Fayetteville, for providing a quality program and studio to help me maintain my physical fitness, my need for social interaction, and my sanity during these...
