We regret to say that our experience with Yellow Crayons has been highly disappointing, particularly if you're needing your products in a timely manner. We placed an order for shirts in mid-February with the assurance that our order would be completed by the end of that month. However, after several months of ongoing communication with Jerry, we encountered numerous delays and excuses. The only excuse we didn't receive was that aliens had come by and abducted the shirts. As a new business in Fayetteville, we were eager to support a local company for our printing needs. Despite missing 3 important events where the shirts were needed, we remained patient and understanding, hoping the situation would be resolved. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups, we have yet to receive our products. Writing this review is unfortunate, but we feel obligated to share our experience to help others avoid similar frustration. I will forever use this company from now on for anything and every thing I need printed! They had my business cards printed last minute and also a last minute face mask order for a bridal show I had coming up on the weekend. The day before the show I misread the closing time on google showed up a little after 6pm on a Saturday evening and I thought I was sunk! Let me tell you how tight the downtown community is! I walk into Winter Bloom tea and the Bar Tender Josh over hears me tell my girlfriends that I was meeting, that I totally messed up and can't get my mask for the show. Josh leans over and says Do you want me to call him? I'm like "Huh" no I'm talking about an order I placed at the print shop, Josh says yeah, Jerry at Yellow Crayons, you want me to call him? Kid you not Josh called Jerry and he came right back to the shop to get my mask for me! That is phenomenal customer service! He definitely didn't have to do that but I am so grateful he did!
