The worst costumer service I’ve ever had to deal with. The war pony sold be a water pipe that was manufactured made wrong. It was missing a drilled piece in the glass so that air flow could go thru which caused it not to work at all I bought it walked to my car realised it was manufactured defected walked back 45 sec later examined the two other glass pipes that were identical to the one I bought but those had the whole so that air flow could go thru showed the assistant manager how my piece was missing a whole that caused the defective pipe not to work and than showed her the other 2 they had what mine was missing she would not return it or switch it out for me. I asked to speak to the manager. She gave me every excuse not to give me the managers number. I asked her to call the manager herself and she still would not do that so pretty much, I got a paperweight after...

store appears small from outside ss drivers use the drive through having to circle around the back to get to the windows that serve customers, but this location, unlike the one by the casino in Tacoma on Portland Ave , has a walk in shop, and boy they are always loaded with really cool and new innovative smoking paraphernalia for ALL KINDS OF SMOKING . I FEEL LIKE A KID IN A CANDY STORE when I Visit There is a low fee ATM,AND A wide selection of beers,and sodas for just about anyone's taste buds.
