My boyfriend went here to pick up subway sandwhiches. I have been sick for the last 4 days and finally felt like I could eat something substantial and so he went to pick some up for us. He rode his bike, like he usually does when picking up food at the mall, and got in line at the subway. A security guard, presumably a new one, targeted him at once. Despite there being other people with bikes he singled him out while he was in line trying to order food. He said my boyfriend had to leave because bikes werent allowed. My boyfriend responded that he was already in line and he didnt have a bike lock. The security guard immediately threatened to call the police. My boyfriend continued to order food and on his way out saw the police officer who told him he had been "trespassed" and was now banned from the mall. My boyfriend asked what exactly he did wrong. Because he has come in with a bike before and no one ever said anything to him. There were no signs posted. Other people had bikes. And he was not disorderly in any way. He even asked to see the policy but the security guard refused to show him. The police officer simply said the mall can make up their own rules and trespass anyone they want. How is that just? When he was only waiting quietly in line to order food with a bike he has brought in before? Could the security officer not have given him 3 minutes to finish getting his food? Could he not have given him a warning and told him not to bring it next time? Did he have to immediately jump to calling the police and banning a paying customer? This seems like he was being targeted. Especially since other people in the mall had a bike at the time and the guard did nothing to stop them. And also because my boyfriend was in no way disorderly. He was simply getting food with his bike like he has done before and now he is banned from the property. Needless to say I will never go back here either unless this matter is resolved. The security guard was displaying a misuse of power and should be reprimanded. And, of course, this ban...

We were shopping in Rack Room Shoes on Saturday, July 1st 2023. We had asked an employee for some help with some shoes. She was Caucasian, with blue and blonde hair. She was immediately rude to us. Acted annoyed because she had to use a ladder. Snickered at us and told us “ do you know how long this is going to take.” She was rolling her eyes the whole time at us. Our 2 yr old was trying to show us something. He was being a 2 yr and she turned around and gave him a dirty annoyed look and turned around. When we went up to pay she was rude to me. Very rude. When I said I didn’t want them anymore because of my experience and how she was treating me. The other employee told us we should stop being so rude and started laughing at us. She was a Hispanic young women. When we asked for the manager another women said she was the manager while laughing. She was shorter with curly short hair. She told us that we were harassing them and that we were causing a scene. The other girl was still laughing at us. My fiancée told her to please stop laughing and she continued and said she was going to keep laughing. I have never had an experience like that in a store before. I called to number for another manager and left a message. I am going to take this to corporate. I will never shop there again. And I will tell every person I know in flagstaff about...

When I was a teenager named Sarah, I was forced by my father and stepmother to babysit my baby brother Toby while dad was out on a date. Toby would not stop crying and even though it wasn't a serious wish, and I was just understandably frustrated, I wished that my brother would be taken by the Goblin King. Out of the blue, Toby stopped crying and when I looked for him in the cradle, he was gone. My wish had been granted and the Goblin King Jareth had taken Toby to a castle in the Goblin City in the middle of The Flagstaff Mall. I repented immediately and asked Jareth to give Toby back, but the Goblin King told me that I had to rescue my brother before midnight, otherwise Toby would be turned into a goblin. I teamed up with the coward goblin Hoggle, the beast Ludo and the knight Didymus and his dog Ambrosius on my journey. After many timeless musical numbers, I rescued Toby and escaped The...

This is a fairly small mall, the associates from the various stores were friendly and helpful which is always nice. When we got there, it had just opened so I can’t speak to help busy it gets on a day-to-day basis. I got some good stuff in here, some that I was looking for, some not. I thought the little bowling alley was pretty cool too. It’s not something you see every day. My favorite feature (and main reason I went there) is the smallest (from the staff) Barnes & Noble. While small, this little store has a lot to offer for bibliophiles. Will return for another trip for books!

I'm biased. Child of the 80s, it's not what it used to be any more. The teen hangout and shopping has transformed into something like a village center - now, offering products along with services and...recreation? I just needed the restroom, which was a maze to get to (near the food court). Pretty much dead in the west end with Penny's. It's basically become a family affair, which is cool, too. But I'm still trying to grasp the target audience here. Family? But not really? At least the scenery and cool wind is nice when you walk out?
