Wow what a great experience. We are from Glendale az and frequent the movies often at Harkins in Glendale and have average experiences there but we come to Williams on the weekends through the summer to visit our nieces and nephews. This Memorial Day we decided to take them and our youngest son to see Garfield here at flagstaff Harkins and while booking the 8 seats in row E, the app glitched and said come back after maintenance and I closed out then tried to re-book the seats but now those 8 seats showed taken. I booked the row behind in F row and then called on our way as I checked and the 8 seats in E row had been opened back up. I figure a glitch in the app and called Harkins flagstaff to explain what happened and asked if they’d be able to move my seats up one row where I originally tried to book and the man who helped made it so very easy and it stayed linked to my same QR code once we arrived. The Harkins employee who helped was so considerate, understanding and helpful that I felt the need to mention this as it isn’t the norm anymore when looking for customer service. Then once we arrived with our party of 8 my wife, son, sister in law, 3 nephews and 2 nieces and ordered at concessions counter the young lady Aleah (I hope I spelled that right) really did exceptional taking and prepping our large order with drinks and at one point apologized and stated “this is my first day” because she must have thought she wasn’t doing as well as she was but my wife and I looked at each other obviously both impressed with her and said “this is your first day?” Puzzled because she was doing better than any previous experience we’ve ever had at the concession stands at Harkins in Glendale. We let her know how great a job we thought she was doing and went to our movie. I had to step out to take a phone call and while standing in front of the Harkins a well dressed man stepped out and started sweeping the front entry area. I assumed he was a manager and told him about my experience with the customer service on the phone as well as with Aleah at the counter and come to find out he was the General manager and was out front keeping the entry clean. This says so much about his leadership and the staff experience we had is absolutely a reflection of his leadership skills and training. This has no doubt been a WOW experience with Harkins for us. Even if customer service everywhere was amazing which sadly it’s not even close these days but if it was this Harkins experience would still be an exceptional experience that far surpasses a great experience and was a Wow...
Read moreBeautiful multiplex sitting solo across from the main Flagstaff Mall. Wide ticket purchasing area with multiple options for quick purchases (really nice feature in the winter but still wish they had better drop off and an inside waiting for handicapable and elderly). Unfortunately, too many lazy moviegoers park in the drop off to let out perfectly capable teens or older and then discuss what movie they're going to while others wait to unload those who need it. Then the people drive 50 or 60 feet to park. Should make drop off for DISABLED/HANDICAPPED ONLY!!! Big foyer and concession area. Nice seating but as most if not all Harkins go, if you are taking a handicapped seat (or closer), be prepared to have to turn your head like at a tennis match to catch scenes entirely. This day and age, you'd think there would be a little bit bigger gap between the patron and a 70+ foot screen. Elevators to the top back, like at some Cinemark Theatres I've been to, would be nice. Also, if taking in a movie with an elderly and or disabled person, check which screen # you are getting. Be aware of the quarter mile hike to either end of the theater complex. We found out, the hard way, with my 84 year old mother. A more square complex would've been a better design. Otherwise, nice place and cheerful employees along with severely...

It would be nice if special engagements could be listed on the moving listing, we use passes and last time they had to check a piece of paper to make sure the movie was no longer SE.
Parking, while better than the old theater, is still not quite there for the holidays and winter break. Many people are parking in the dirt areas that are maybe on the horizon for paving in the future. If you order from the bigger snack bar menu, don't lose your receipt between paying and picking up, it creates confusion and you might not get your snack. The outside heaters are OK, not great. You almost have to stand right under them to get any benefit as they are 8 or 10 ft overhead and when the Flagstaff winter wind starts to blow they are not effective at all.
Edit to add: this week registers were open inside instead of outside windows. Won't work I don't think on heavy days because there were only two registers inside vs six I think on the outside window registers but nicer than standing outside in the cold wind.
They have added an upgraded snack bar menu with more meal-like options. Tuesday night classic movie was a little busier than last time we went to a...
