I made an appointment to have my lap top checked out which it a free service. When I got to the store the tech was very busy in the store but took my computer and said to come back in 30 min. When I got back he said he did not have time to look at it yet? Asked for another 30 min wait. When I suggested he should have told me he did not have time he said he didn’t know ? Makes no sense as he knew he was busy . When I went back the second time he gave me my computer and asked me to sign papers. No conversation as to what he found on my computer ? When I asked he said he found nothing . He did not give me any time to discuss it so I took it and left . If the store has this service why would they not have someone to provide it properly ? I probably would have purchased a plan to help me with my issues which I’m sure is why they offer that free check up . I know it’s not the techs fault that he was overwhelmed but poor management. I came in to purchase a laptop and the man with the beard was highly annoyed that I wouldn’t take his advice and purchase a brand different than HP. That’s all fine and dandy that he doesn’t like HP for its “plastic parts” but I happen to like them. Then he got super annoyed that I wouldn’t purchase the $400 whatever plan cause my “ hp laptop was gonna break within a year…” He walked away from me waving his hand in the air saying…”your laptop is at the checkout.” Then I bothered him to ask where an additional item was and he reluctantly told me by pointing his finger in some direction, making zero eye contact with me. Lis explained the process and gave clear instructions. Upon submitting the pdf’s needed for the job, Lis and Diane worked tirelessly to process the order in a short period of time.
