Bought a Michigan state sweatshirt along with a few other items yesterday and didn't realize until today that I paid full price for the sweatshirt when it was on sale. So I brought it back in today to get the price adjusted. Three female workers standing at the same register talking to each other. I explained what happened to one of them, she didn't know what to do so she asked the other two women. One woman (assuming a manager) started walking towards the men's sweatshirts and turns around after walking thirty feet and says "can you show me the sign that says that?", so I show her. She walks away from me, past the girl helping me at the register and back to the other girl she was talking to. The girl at my register said "soo what do you want me to do?" And she turns around and says "return it"... When the girl finally figured out how I adjust my purchase she left the sweatshirt sprawled out on the counter and the bag nearly flying away since the fan was so high, and says "have a nice day". I had to bag MY OWN purchase! They never apologized for the inconvenience THEY caused ME. They were the RUDEST employees I've ever encountered there and I won't be returning. You managers and associates should be ashamed of your customer service and your attitudes! You work in retail, take a class or two on how to treat your customers and how to bag...
Read moreI went to this Dunham’s store today to find life preservers and also look at kayaks. There was not anyone in the store walking around to assist you with your purchase. I located the life preservers that I wanted and bought those and checked out. The store associate was very friendly and helpful. Bi went back to my car and realised that I wanted something else and came back in the store. I found the items by myself and went to check out and saw the same store associate. I said something to him like, “we’re back” and he walked right by us and did not say a word. I said, “I thought you were going to wait on us again.” To that, the associate said nothing. We had to wait about 10 minutes for the person in front of us to get checked out as three other associates walked aimlessly around the store whilst the line to check out grew longer. Turns out that the cashier forgot to take all the electric devices off the people’s clothes in front of us so they had to come back in the store. Every associate should be “at the ready” to jump on a line to cash people out if the lines are long....

This is a great location, and there is a variety of different stores in the same plaza. Best Buy and Guitar Center comes to mind. It's definitely better than the Lapeer location in terms of a convenient location. It's probably because of this that they see more customers. I have had a great experience with the staff who are outgoing and actually helpful.
They carry a variety of products such as sports goods, clothing, exercise equipment, camping equipment, hunting weapons as well as hunting accessories.
The store is immaculately clean and well organized. If you can't find something, you probably aren't looking at the logical area, but you can always ask for help locating the product you are looking for. I like how they guide you to the product instead of pointing in the general location. Ample parking is available, like no shortage what so ever.
I give it 5 stars for not having any criticisms by me, and I'm extremely strict and critical...
