I guess I will start from the beginning (Mid November 2020). My husband and I went all furniture shopping looking for a new couch and love seat for the living room. We went to 4 different places and finally ended up at furniture fair. The sales woman was very nice greeted us at the door and pointed us in the right direction for the couch and love seats downstairs. We looked and getting close to the end of couches we found the couch and love seat we both could agree on. We purchased both that day and they advised us that the couch would be in before Christmas and the love seat would arrive first week in January, ok. The couch was delivered the second week of December, the delivery guys very pleasant and helpful. After setting up the couch they could not get the back part to move/recline he said that he could set up appointment with the service department and they could come out to fix the broken brand new couch they just delivered to my house. The week before Christmas they called and our love seat was in and going to be delivered, a different delivery guys arrived with the love seat, smacked it into my refrigerator and put a dent in it acted like they didnāt and left. Fast forward 2 weeks beginning of January the one side of the couch has fallen apart, the fabric is pulling and pilling up, the love seat you canāt sit on its so unstable and the USB port isnāt working. So we call the store and they set an appointment for service to come out they only have one guy and he is booked so it took about a week Gary comes out and agrees the couch is broke, the fabric should not be doing this, the love seat was put together wrong and that is why it is unstable when you sit. He said that he would order parts have to recover the couch and it would be 8 weeks. I called the manager and explained everything that had been going on his response was that can happen when you buy new furniture and did I have proof they dented the refrigerator. I have never ever had customer service like this. As of today they parts still have not arrived another technician has been to our house because the foot rest wonāt recline down, and waiting on another to show up. We have had the furniture too long to bring back per the very rude female at the store today that spoke with my husband over the phone. We spent $6000.00 on garbage and not one employee at furniture fair cares. We will NEVER shop here again, nor will our family or friends. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI purchased a sectional sofa from Furniture Fair in Florence KY. I have bought a lot of furniture from this location and considered the sales person a friend. Well, when I bought this sectional I was told that the piece would connect together and I would love it. After it was delivered, I found out that it would not connect which meant every time it was sat on it would slide apart. I went in to the store on the very next Monday to buy an area rug and to ask about the sectional. I was told by the sales person ( i thought a friend) that clips would have to be special ordered to make sure it would not slide apart. Well they didnt make any such clip. So I spent $6500 for something that wasnt what I was told. She then told me that the return policy was 3 days and I was at 5 days so I would be stuck with what I had, even though it wasnt what I was told. I wasnt happy and told them to forget about the area rug and I left. Before I left, I asked the sales person if she was going to let me leave mad and she did. A manager never even tried to talk to me and all he would do is take $10 of of 2 other items that I looked at. I thought that was an insult especially after what I had just found out. When I left the store I called the corporate office to voice my displeasure. I spoke to a person that wasnt at all helpful and she said that she would call back the next day to let me know about anything they could do, I am still waiting on that person to call...

Unfortunately, we've had nothing but problems since the day both of our recliners were supposed to be delivered. On delivery day, only one chair arrived. Turns out there was an issue with the second one, but we were never informed. After many conversations with the store, they offered us a floor model. We accepted, due to the fact we had already removed our old furniture on the original day of delivery and didn't want to only have one chair when they couldn't even give us a date for another one. Once we got the floor model, we noticed right away that the motor was starting to go out. Another 2 week wait for that to be fixed. Another week goes by, and the base of the chair was uneven and if we tried to raise the leg portion, it made horrible noises. Yet again, another call to the store. 3 weeks later the repair man arrives, only to have been given the wrong part. We were told the right one was never ordered. Fast forward 2 1/2 weeks to today, and still no word from the store. I had to call them again. I was told the part would arrive until the end of May, but there was no one they could call until tomorrow to see about any sooner. Mind you, once the part is in, I still have to wait for a repair man to be available. I haven't been able to recline in this chair for 2 months. I spent way to much money to have this type of service. I love the chairs, but am regretting...
